Beautiful Villa with awesome pool
Highly recommend this home. Easy check in, clean home, amazing pool with lighting at night, 4 bedrooms 2 baths all on one floor no going up any stairs. Washer Dryer. Everything you need. Will try to stay here again when visiting Kissimmee/Orlando area. Nice home owner doesn't bother you at all. Communicated with me promptly before my trip and then once upon me checking out and reaching out to him. Awesome experience.

Great private villa
We've stayed at many Orlando villas over the years, and this one holds out well.
It is clean, has the essentials like Wi-Fi, air-con, laundry facilities and cable TV, and the owners (Steve and Mary) were really helpful and responsive. The pool is private and isn't overlooked and it gets plenty of sun during the day. Many of the houses in the street are occupied by locals rather than tourists which I liked, and they all said hello when I passed them. So a pretty friendly bunch and we always felt safe and secure. The only criticisms I have are pretty trivial: There weren't any DVDs or books or games left in the villa which made it feel less homely than some I have stayed at. And although the monster rear-projection TV would once have been a stunning beast, it's now in its twilight years.
Kissimmee is slightly closer to the parks than some of the other communities we've used. Universal (in July) was 25 to 35 minutes drive, and the journey passed quickly. Wal Mart was just 5 minutes away. However, trying to drive to almost any restaurant nearby seemed to take 20 minutes due to the local Kissimmee traffic. Our favourite restaurant was Manny's Original Chophouse at Haines City which was about 30 minutes away.
I'd happily recommend the villa and would use again. Thanks Steve and Mary - we had a great time.

Everything we wanted.
This is the 5th villa that we have stayed in on N Poinciana Blvd and probably the best. The villa is spotlessly clean and large with everything that you would want. The pool is very nice and the pool door alarm does not bust your ear drums like some of them do. Eagle Point is a very nice Community and the location of the villa is excellent. We felt very safe there. One tip I would give is, to leave yourself plenty of time in the morning, because it gets very busy queueing to get off Poinciana Blvd onto the US192 towards Disney. I would have no hesitation recommending this villa for your family vacation in Kissimmee. Hope this is helpful.

Beautiful, clean 4 bedroom pool home
A beautiful, clean 4 bedroom pool home located off S Poinciana Blvd about 3 1/2 miles south of 192. Close to Disney, Universal & all attractions if these interest you. Wonderful home for just relaxing if that is your desire. Back of home faces a preserve with plenty of wildlife and provides plenty of privacy.
The owner is always available by email or phone and is very accommodating and responds promptly to all inquiries. When he learned by way of my contacting him if the home is handicapped accessible for a visit by my brother-in-law who is retired military but fully disabled, he immediately told me that there was a 3" rise at the front door but he would contact a neighbor who had handicapped children to see if she had a ramp available. This was not necessary since my BIL travels with a portable ramp. I subsequently met the above neighbor who offered a ramp if we needed it. Thanks Irma!
The pool needed to be heated for us (in our late 60's). There is an extra charge for this service which I failed to realize (my error) but we arrived at a reasonable resolve when we realized the pool was not heating after two days into our 10 day stay. This may be fine for younger families or children. I contacted the owner who advised me that heat was not part of the all inclusive price ( again, my fault I should have read further down the owners description of the home).
The interior of the home is quite spacious, floors are all tiled with throw rugs in appropriate areas. We only required one bed (master bedroom) which was very comfortable. All furniture was in very good condition. Kitchen has all utensils that you would need. Pool was very clean and attended to by a service once weekly.
I would definitely stay here again & would recommend to any family or friends who may be interested.

Vacation home
Very beautiful home and very spacious. However, there was a lack of phone reception. I had to go outside to make phone calls but everything else was awesome 👏🏻

Fantastic family accommodation perfect for a trip to Disney
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Sunny Retreat' for a family holiday to Disney. The villa is extremely spacious and is very well appointed with everything you need to relax during the important breaks away from the parks. The information provided ahead of our stay and upon arrival was very much appreciated and made everything very easy for us. The location is perfect for Disney, just 20 or so minutes away from Magic Kingdom. It is also very close to local amenities including restaurants and large supermarkets (10 mins drive). Overall I would highly recommend this villa for family holidays in Orlando.

wonderful house
We had a very good time. I had a few trouble, but owner solved problems very soon!
Quiet place, clean, and It has all the amenities.
I want to stay again!
My children was so happy to stay here.

Unreal holiday
Just got back family of 4 and took my parents along, House was excellent 15 mins from Disney and about 25-30 from Universal. Kids loved the pool , everything you could need in the kitchen and as for service , Steve the owner rang to make sure we had arrived ok and was there for any questions. Walmart at top of main road from estate (5mins) or what we found was to use Publix which was around 10 mins on 192 just was more like a U.K. Supermarket rather than a shop which you could literally buy anything (Walmart) . Overall we had a great time in the house and with a new Disney Star Wars land being built will definitely be back here 😍😍😍 Once again thank you Steve for letting us stay in your great Villa. P.S we got photos of black masked robber lmfao ( raccoon )

Excelente villa
La villa cuenta con una muy buena ubicación que permite llegar a las principales atracciones de Orlando en algunos minutos. Además, encontrarás cerca todos los comercios necesarios para tus compras diarias.
Cabe destacar que es muy amplia y se encuentra equipada con elementos de muy buena calidad.
En cuanto a su propietario, destaco sus rápidas respuestas a todas las dudas relacionadas con la vivienda.
