Superbe appartement idéalement situé
C'est "The place to be": l'appartement est situé sur Ocean Drive, avec une superbe vue mer et l'accès direct à la plage en 3 mn, mais sans les nuisances d'Ocean Drive qui est un show permanent jour et nuit !
Plan parfaitement fonctionnel:
Au RDC bas du duplex, chambre enfant avec salle de bains au calme
A l'étage haut du duplex, chambre parents avec salle de bains (au calme) + salon & cuisine avec vue mer sur Ocean Drive.
Accueil efficace et sympa, équipement de qualité, arrangement pour check-out tardif ... Evidemment, c'est cher, mais c'est très très bien ! Je pense qu'on a trouvé notre adresse pour Miami

Excellent location and great host
I had a perfect stay. The host responded quickly to any questions and is very kind and helpful. The unit is perfectly situated and had everything I could imagine needing already available. There were even beach towels and a beach umbrella. The layout of the unit keeps the bedrooms on the quiet side of the building. The location is in the center of everything that is great about Miami South Beach.
I felt very much at home and will certainly prefer to stay here if I visit the area again.

Great time
My wife and I spend a week on south beach in this condo. Firstly, location is perfect. Across from the beach, right on Ocean dr., private and secured. Living room and kitchen facing ocean and south beach craziness while bedroom is facing back street, very quiet and secluded feel. Place has all amenities one can think of, owner is easy to reach, clean and comfortable with interesting design. To have assigned parking spot is added convenience in the area. Would definitely recommend it for someone who wants to be on a south beach and be able to hide away when feel so.

Great South Beach Location
Excellent location, an ocean view, with all of the conveniences of home and more; washer, dryer, seasonings, pots, pans, coffee maker, Cuban espresso pot, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels! You name it...
I cannot say enough about the host who welcomed us with wine. He stayed in touch from the beginning of booking. His trusted housekeeper was great and available for questions or concerns.
Only downside was that I caught a cold and got stuck in the house. I could only find one channel on the TV; glad I had Hulu and Netflix accounts (nice, big, smart TV). But when you’re in South Beach, who wants to stay inside anyway?

Amazing location and accomodations
This was my second stay in the unit. Just like the first time, it was fantastic. The apartment has all the amenities of home plus more. Not having to bring beach towels, a beach umbrella or beach chairs as they are available in the unit is a huge plus. A reserved parking space is icing on the cake. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Great appartment in South Beach
We spent two fantastic weeks at The Netherland in South Beach, nice view of the beach, comfortable, quiet and clean appartment, close to all restaurants, Lincoln Mall, everything. Giulio and Georgina are the best, they take care of you, they are always available for helping you, nice and friendly guys. We will definitely come back to this place on our next vacations in South Beach.

Charming, Quiet, Warm And Safe Condo In A***** Location
The condo is a hidden gem on the 4th and 5th floor in a historic Art Deco building right across from Lummus Park and the beach, has a very private friendly and warm ambiance. The residence is conveniently close to most of the major attractions of South Beach, restaurants and shopping, most of which are in walkable distance. You don't need a car, there is a circle bus which takes you all over South Beach for 25c and which connects to other buses serving Miami Beach and Miami. Nevertheless, the condo comes with it's own covered parking lot in the back of the building. Can't say enough about the housekeeper who is a sweet lady who will do everything to help, . When you want to escape the heat, the noises, and the active lifestyle of South Beach, this place is a quiet and peaceful little haven at the end of a busy day. You enter the condo on the 4th floor which has the guestroom and en suite bathroom, a beautiful staircase with high ceilings leads you upstairs to the main room with open kitchen, the master bathroom with en suite bathroom, another 1/2 bath off the floor. The floor plan gives everybody lots of privacy if needed. The staircase has easy steps to go up and down, didn't bother me in the least, they are not of the steep kind but have a nice width. Not to forget the landlord: A true gentleman who I would trust with my life. You will not find a fairer and better landlord.
I would highly recommend this condo to small families and women who travel alone or in a small group. You are totally safe here. Great security around the clock within the building, security desk, security key pad at entrance level and elevator, 2nd pair of keys for the condo and safety interlock. The Netherland is a quiet and private building. Can't get any better than that in South Beach. Perfect for long stays.

El apartamento es perfecto, tiene todo lo necesario para que dos familias estén juntas y separadas a la vez, desde los utensilios mínimos hasta las lavadoras, pasando por sillas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes para los niños, toallas de playa, etc.. Un plus: el parking incluido. Otro: el mar enfrente. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, desayunar, almorzar y/o cenar mirando el mar es hermoso para relajarse. Excelente la atención de Giulio, el propietario, y de Georgina, la housekeeping, ambos muy amables, educados y atentos a solucionar cualquier necesidad que uno tuviera. Lo mismo se puede decir del señor que está en la recepción durante el día, no recuerdo el nombre, perdón!! Es la tercera vez que me alojo allí y sin dudas lo volvería a hacer. Gracias Giulio, gracias Georgina!!

Beautiful view, excellent location
This is the second time we stay At this condo. It is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, with a beautiful ocean front view, and minutes away from española way and Lincoln Road. The beach is jus across the street.
We are looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Ancora una volta a Miami e ancora una volta in questo stupendo appartamento.
Se cercate SERIETA' , PULIZIA , CONFORT, LUSSO, VISTA SPETTACOLARE , PARCHEGGIO, LOCATION .....bene NON ESITATE nemmeno un secondo : questo è il posto che fa per voi !!!!!
Nessun dubbio : quando ritorneremo a Miami il Netherland sarà la nostra scelta obbligata !!!!
NB Questa è la terza volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo spettacolare appartamento.
