Great Condo in the Glades!!
The inside decor is exactly like the photos and super comfortable. Some rental property interiors can look tired and worn, NOT this place. I could not find any damage, flaws, scuffs, etc. You can tell great pride has gone into decorating and maintenance.
The kitchen was COMPLETE and has everything you possibly might need including ample spices, serving dishes, glasses, plates, tons of different utensils, cookware, etc.
The master bathroom felt like a spa. The shower with its beautiful tile work and rain shower is wonderful. There were high quality bath and hand towels (and a lot I might add), and some other amenities.
We really enjoyed the lanai and patio throughout our stay. It's hard for pictures to do this space justice. There are so many palms and you can tell a lot of thought went into some lovely landscaping. Bottom line, it's a great space to relax and take in the morning with a cup of coffee and read a good book. It is only steps to the well maintained pool which we often had to ourselves.
The location was great as it's close to local restaurants, grocery store and only a short drive to Tin City and the beach. Very easy to get in and out of the Glades.
I would highly recommend this place to family and friends and we would certainly stay here again, hopefully in 2022!

Home from home
We have been travelling to Florida for 30years and been to many villas and condos this has been the best value cleanest and well equipped villa. We had booked a villa elsewhere but owner cancelled our booking, we are glad he did now as we wouldn’t have found this great villa. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Naples.

Excellent value
The villa was spotlessly clean with all the amenities needed. It is close to all the sights and beaches of Naples and is a great base from which to explore. We only used the small pool at the back of the villa and most times we were the only people there. We did have an issue with the electric but this was sorted efficiently and did not affect our stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone staying in Naples you won't find a better place for the money.

A true gem!
Anna has been the most gracious and patient host. She is fast to respond and has done everything and beyond to make my stay comfortable and affordable. Superb location! I would definitely book again! Wonderful for single person or a family! Thank you Anna! You really are the best!!!

Perfect in every way.
My family and I have been travelling to the USA since 1976, the majority of these visits have been spent in Florida. My youngest daughter who was one year old when she first came with us, is now 36 and lives in Naples. During this time we have rented many apartments and condos. I can say without hesitation this is the best yet.
Ideally positioned (for us) on a quiet golfing complex with a beautiful pool only yards from the back porch. A short drive to all our favourite places, Tin City, Downtown and my personal favourite Naples Pier. Of course where there is a pier there are beaches and Naples has some of the the nicest. For those who are inclined to wrestle Aligators the Everglades are a short ride where you can take a boardwalk or airboat ride.
The apartment is a generous size and beautifully furnished, the owner Anna clearly has excellent taste and this is reflected in the quality of the decor. There are two well sized bedrooms and a pullout bed in the lounge which means the property can easily accommodate 6 persons. There is an en-suite to the main bedroom which has an amazing shower you just don't want to get out from under and a well sized walk in closet. A second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and a laundry room with a huge washer and separate dryer, no washing to bring home!
There is an excellent kitchen which has every conceivable item you might need away from home and then some, in fact this is the theme throughout the apartment. There is nothing forgotten to make your stay comfortable and relaxing and the rapid response from the owner to any questions you may have is superb.
The two weeks we spent here were one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we have taken in the last few years and I would like to thank Anna most sincerely for her kindness and attention. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to potential renters.

Perfect
We traveled 18 hours by car with two kids to stay here. The condo had everything we needed except food to stay for the week! The owner was easily contacted with questions. We would defiantly stay here again!

I hope we will be back, sooner rather than later.
Loved this rental. My husband had some business on Estero Island so I decided to make a family vacation out of it and found the listing for Anne's home. I was a bit concerned since the rental was a little more than 45min from my husband's job site but as soon as we arrived I knew my husband would love it. When he got there after his hard day working I told him to go enjoy the shower in the master bath (it is wonderful) while I cooked him a steak dinner in the full kitchen. In reality he had already been won over as soon as he entered the door. It was so much more pleasant than trying to negotiate a hotel room. My family of 5 had plenty of space with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fold out couch. A walk across the back yard area and we were at a very nice pool. It was mostly filled with retirees who, to my relief, were not bothered by the presence of my 9 and 13 year old boys. While there we went to the beaches, caught a movie, dined at a beach front restaurant, visited the Edison/Ford Winter Home, and the Imaginarium Science Museum in Fort Meyers, played mini golf, and relaxed.
The Landlord of this home was very sweet and accommodating. I had never used this vacation rental site before and I was nervous I would put all of this money down only to arrive and find there was no house. She worked out for a friend to take my money directly the day we arrived. She checked in on us and promptly responded to all of my questions. She also has a full laundry room that allowed me to leave without a pile of dirty clothes to take home. After our stay my husband asked me to keep Anne’s contact information for the next time he/we needed to come down.
I hope we will be back, sooner rather than later.

A real gem of a property !
Wow, what can I say about this place? A real gem! This is the first time I've rented a property. Usually our work out cheaper for my husband and I to use a hotel when on holiday as rental properties are geared for 4 or more people and priced accordingly. Not this place. Good rental rate for the 2 of us and a fantastic property for us to stay in. Fabulously decorated and a real home from home. In fact it had more gadgets and facilities than I have at my home! Great decor, all mid cons (flat screen tvs, sound bar, iPod docking station, super stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, laundry room) and the shower was sooooo good- see the photos to see what I mean! Great location... A couple of miles from 5th avenue and within a few miles of fab shopping and restaurants. The property sits within Three Glades golf club resort so if you're into golf, this is for you. Also, there is a swimming pool within a 15 second walk from lanai which we loved as it was so quiet. All in all I'd recommend this property and will definitely stay again. Anna, the owner was great and even sorted out a problem promptly for us without any issues. A pleasure to deal with :-)

Simply Perfect
It was my second time staying at the villa, first time as the year prior in November. The owner is very accommodating, I felt at home away from home, there is everything in the house you would need to have a great vacation including wifi, cable, laundry and beach supplies. The place is modern, immaculate and well decorated. It is situated in a quiet part of the complex. Parking is in the front and heated pool few steps walking. There is a cute outdoor patio to have a meal and I really enjoyed having my coffee and breakfast with the very first sunrays of the day. Kitchen is well equipped, you would not miss yours.The property is conveniently located on the country club property with nice tennis courts and a golf corse for the avid athletes. The ride to a stunning white sand beach is only 5 minutes passing glamorous downtown area with shops and restaurants at your leisure. I thank the owner, Anna, for just perfect vacation and I look forward to return this spring.
