Just a few minutes to Niles Channel has excellent boating access to the gulf and Atlantic with plenty of fishing and diving spots. This home’s water is supplied by cistern (collected and purified rainwater). We ask you to practice water conservation. There is plenty of water for normal usage, but we ask you not to wash cars or boats or any other activity that wastes water. This beautiful home has so much to offer for your stay in the sunny Florida Keys including memories that will last a lifetime!
