Features and amenities • Spanish-Mediterranean Architectural Splendor • Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge • Large-screen television • Fully equipped kitchen • Private terrace • WIFI Parking • Free parking space for 1 car Things to know • A $20 daily resort fee is required and should be paid at the front desk at the time of check-in. • Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. • Unit design & style may vary; unit floor level and floor plan may also vary • The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may vary from the room assigned to you at the front desk. • A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Front Desk Hours- 7 am-11 pm House rules • Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine, in addition to cleaning expenses required to eliminate smoke odors from the property and/or linens. • Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, or the theft or damage of personal belongings that may occur on the premises, within its facilities, or in parking areas. • PETS ALLOWED • No weight limit • $250+tax per stay dog fee • $100+tax increase for additional dog • The maximum occupancy is four guests. Quiet place with good access to beach.

Not on the beach but just across the street from the public access. Spacious rooms with nice balcony. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially Tony! We’d be happy to return.
