OOB family vacation 2023!! What a great graduation gift one that has memories❤️
Jonathan and Loretta were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. They permitted an additional person without hesitation there was plenty of extra sleeping room to make that possible . The house was clean and cozy the furniture was comfortable. They have a large variety of games for family night if the weather wasn’t permitting to be outside. It’s located in convenient location. The price is worth it !!! We will be back ❤️

Home away from home
I really live this place very quaint and homey. This was our second year and we really enjoyed it . Will be back next year and the owners are lovely people very responsive.

Old Orchard Beach Vacation
I would highly recommend booking with Jonathan and Loretta! They were easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions. The house was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable with a home away from home feel. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located and it is so quiet and peaceful there.

You get what you pay for
The house and yard was in shambles. We got out of our car and saw cigarette butts and broken glass in front yard. Went to get the key and the back yard had old beer cans under the porch, falling down fence w/ nails, rotten porch w/ rusty nails and trash in yard. It was a dangerous place for kids. Inside smelled of mildew and mold. Upstairs hadn't been cleaned from previous renters. Dirty sheet under the bed and food in TV area. The bathroom trash hadn't been taken out. The furniture was ripped up and old. It's was no Hilton and we got what we paid for, sad but true.

Can't recommend
Was a mix up with a parking pass . Owner said I was not a stand up person. Feel I could have got a better place for the money

As you can see there is nothing stated in this review regarding the property. All of my other reviews have high ratings. This individual was upset because he lost a $50 parking pass and filed a claim to get the money back. This is a retaliatory review by someone that is not mature enough to take responsibility for their actions. I am appalled that Flipkey refuses to take this garbage down when they know that it is just someone lashing out. I personally maintain this property and I take pride in my work and I truly want everyone to have a great time. If you want to know about the property read the real reviews. This is junk.

Perfect Vacation Oasis
217 Temple Ave- Old Orchard Beach Maine- is the ideal spot for a relaxing family vacation. The location is ideal because you can get anywhere quickly but its nice and quiet for family time / sleeping late.It is an easy and fun trolley ride to all of the action. The trolley is across the street- super close. We took the trolley to the beach,pier and even to Fun Town Splash Town.
The house is perfect and spacious. Back yard has a grill and fire pit. There is a back porch with table and chairs. There is also a clothesline which comes in very handy for beach towels(laundrymat across street)
Plenty of space for a family of 6 to all be spread out and have privacy to read or watch tv without feeling on top of each other. The house is super clean and has lots of windows and 3 fans plus an AC upstairs.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils- all things you would need to make a full meal.
If you don't feel like cooking- the house is next door to a local favorite- Jimmy the Greeks restaurant. We had pizza and enjoyed the arcade ( great for rainy day) there are also family game nights- we played family feud, it was great!
The owners were amazing , kind and very responsive. I would most definitely book here again.

Just what we needed!
LOTS of space for our big family, very clean, great location, just a short drive to OOP used the local laundromat and restaurant and those were great, and could walk to them! The owners have children books and left personal notes to welcome us which was a nice touch. Loved all the kitchen space and the big fridge for our grocery needs. Decent grocery store about 10 mins away! There is only ONE air conditioner upstairs, but the Maine evenings were cool enough, and they provided 3 good quality fans. I was nervous about the AC at first, but it proved to be a non issue. The "big kids" of the family LOVED playing with the air hockey table in its own separate room, and the toddlers loved the backyard toys! TONS of spaces for people to sleep, and LOVED the DVD player and giant tv for "away from home" naptime. We would stay here again!

We are really enjoying our time in OOB! The house is the perfect size, clean & a few minutes from the beach!! I would definitely come back!

Well the house was very clean and nice the yard was cool too not far from anything weather was perfect and myself and my husband and 2 daughter's loved it we would definitely rent it again.

Nice quiet location a mile from beach!
Clean roomy house. Sleeps 5 easily! Trolley stop at the end of the street to the Pier- a quick ride which beats 20 dollar parking! Nice location away from the noise and traffic. Perfect for a family with kids. Close to laundromat, 7/11 and a few restaurants. Fire pit and nice spacious back yard. Kids complained the TVs were outdated a bit, but that wasn't really our issue as it was a good thing- as we were not there for the TV! :) There is a griddle that is great for cooking! Overall a pleasant stay. Owners were very responsive.
