Great location
Perfect location. House was the perfect size for our family of 10. House was clean and in a great neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes to Disney. 40 minutes to Universal. Depending on Traffic. Carlos was very helpful and available at all times. Checking in was a breeze. Thank you for a smooth and easy stay.

Loved staying here!
We always stay on Disney property when we go to Disney. This trip was a first time trip for my best friend, her family, my mother, and mother in law. So we decided to rent a house where we could all stay together. I could not be happier with our decision! There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were very comfortable, and the Disney theme was incredible (I want ALL the decorations!). We were minutes from the parks and it was very easy to navigate back roads using Waze. Even though it was spring break, we never hit much traffic. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we loved it!!

Wow...
This 4 corner house has a real back home feel, with most neighbours being local...Close to shopping and Disney...The garage made a great playroom,and the pool was very refreshing at the end of the day,as well as our days off.

What a beautiful home! We were a family of 10 that stayed here. The set up was perfect. My parents stayed in the 1st bedroom which was the quietest. My daughter and her family had 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between almost like a suite within the home. My boys shared a room and we enjoyed the master suite. So much room and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Once the bedroom doors were closed it was quiet, so those that wanted to sleep could while others chilled out in the living room. Carlos was wonderful and always answered our questions. We loved all the Disney details through out the house. The kids wanted to move in! Nice quiet dead end street and about 25 minutes from the parks. Screened in pool was a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day at Disney. Walmart and fast food chains also close by. We loved this home!

Disney home & Carlos (Owner) are GREAT!
When we walked into the home it even smelled clean! Carlos has been very accomadating! We only used 3 of the 5 bedrooms! This home has everything! We traveled with a baby and highchair, stroller even port a crib (our baby slept in the middle of king bed , spoiled) everything to make you feel at home! Pool was so refreshing and they even came to check/clean it during the week! We would definitely stay here again & again and again, I wish! Short trip to all parks!

Family Fun in the Disney House
We had a Mini (no pun intended) reunion and this house was perfect. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The kids loved the pool and the Disney decor. There was adequate space for the adults to group together so we could converse without being on top of each other. It is close to all Disney parks and major highways. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone planning a Florida vacation.

Disney Thanksgiving
Overall great experience. My brother decided on short notice to come down to FL for Thanksgiving. Since my parents live in small retirement community they didn't have room for all of house. My brother and I have used another site to rent homes for vacation before but I couldn't remember the name. I started to search the internet for homes for rent "Vacation Home Rentals" was listed in my search. The website was easy to navigate and I quickly found a house that would accommodate the 12 person 3 family gathering. I was quickly contacted by the owner Carlos who said the house was available and explained how everything worked. When we arrived the house was move in ready and just as pictured. The wireless internet was a great amenity. The pool heater wasn't turned on so I called Carlos the next morning and he talked me through how to get the heater working. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to everything (Walmart, Publix, area restaurants and Disney). Disney World was quick and easy drive first thing in the morning so close if fact that the nights we weren't at the park we could see and hear the fireworks out back. I am looking forward to our next stay already and have recommended the house and Carlos to my friends and family. Overall great value and a great house for a Florida vacation.

Perfect Disney Vacation Home
Very clean, well taken care of, everything we needed and more. Owner was very accommodating and always easy to reach if there was ever a problem or concern. Close to Disney and shopping. Will definitely rent again and will recommend it to others.

Home away from Home
We were making last minute plans to travel to FL to visit my mom and wanted to stay in a clean and safe place for our grandson and daughter. This was the place! All the comforts of home ! Quiet neighborhood! Close to almost everything! Made the trip visiting with my mom that is in a rehab home very nice!

Great Vacation Rental
We recently stayed here with two other families. The house is very well-laid out. We had plenty of room to spread out, and the two master bedrooms was especially nice. Our kids loved the Disney theme of the decorations. We did have an issue with the traffic going to the parks. Take a GPS with you, and be prepared to take alternate routes. Lots of time was spent on the road in traffic.
The bedding and towels could stand to be updated. They were quite worn, so if that bothers you, just take your own.
The kids loved the pool, and there were even pool toys there for them to play with. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which makes it very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, and there is a Super Walmart just down the road. There are also restaurants nearby.
Overall, a very fun vacation with a great place to stay.
