A stunning streamside Cottage at Mineshop, Crackington Haven, is set within it's own, private, enclosed garden, this three bedroom, south facing property offers the ideal accommodation for up to 6 guests. WiFi, has been upgraded and is fast and free. Also a new modern heating system has been installed throughout making The Old Shippon cozy and warm in all seasons, this compliments the Wood Burning Stove. This converted historic milking parlor has a large private decked area which overlooks the stream and woodland where deer and other wildlife can be spotted. This offers the perfect social space for all of the family. Your children and dogs will be happy playing in the fields and making dens in the woodland which surrounds the properties at Mineshop. The cottage is situated on the bank of a beautiful meandering stream, so you can lay in bed and listen to the birds, the stream and nothing else! Why not take a 30 minute stroll to the Beach, Cafes and Pub at Crackington Haven, wander though our Streamside Valley fields and then take the romantic footpath named Lovers Lane. The Old Shippon also benefits from having a wood burning stove making it the perfect year round accommodation. Accommodation: One double bedroom With TV Two twin bedrooms One bathroom with bath and shower over Fully equipped kitchen Dining area Comfortable Lounge with TV, DVD player, overlooking a large decked area, which has been recently extended. Wood burning stove Large enclosed garden WiFi, has been upgraded and is fast and free, Also a modern heating system has been installed throughout the property, making The Old Shippon cozy and warm in all seasons Free Parking for three cars adjacent to the property We are able to provide a cot if you require, however we are unable to provide cot bedding. Beds are made up for your arrival, please do bring your own Towels. We do have a Laundry room for your washing needs. Electricity, For all holidays in The Old Shippon the Meter will be read on your arrival and departure, you will be charged the current unit rate we pay, you we will be given a weekly credit of £25.00. This decision hasn't been taken lightly, but to avoid rental prices going up due to the charging of electric vehicles we think this is fair to all our customers. Storage heating will remain free from the end of September to the end of March.
