BOOKING RULES: PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) The two upper-level master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake and pool. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. Outside the two Master suites is a loft with a futon suitable for a couple of children that don't want to be too far from Mom and Dad. One guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.
