Book with the confidence that your stay will be even better than a hotel room, both in terms of price and quality. If you're new to Airbnb, this booking will make you a fan. Rest assured that we will make your stay as comfortable as we would want it if we were the guests! If we're more expensive than the other places you're looking at, it's simply because we're better. We know what we're doing and we know how to look after our guests, as our reviews show. We are acutely aware that too many hosts are not familiar with the concept of 'guest service'. 221B is centrally located in the heart of Downtown St. Louis. The apartment has a confused-detective feel and yet it's spacious enough to serve all your needs while in town. • Full Size Bed with Memory Foam Mattress • Comfortable TV/Sitting area • Queen Size Pull out Couch makes room for 2 more • High Speed Internet • 40 inch TV with Roku • Fully equipped kitchen (not food though :-) • Deduction Nook with draftsman desk • Coffeepot, Toaster • Toaster Pop over to the Culinaria grocery store (in the very same block as 221B) and make yourself a gourmet meal in the fully equipped but small kitchen. The bed sleeps 2; the sofa sleeper sleeps 2. So technically it's 4 people on proper furniture. Guest access Come and go as you please. It's rather important that you read the access webpage carefully to prevent confusion on the day of your arrival. 99% of our guests have no trouble at all. Key-cards to access the building's front doors after-hours, will be found upon entry to the space, to distribute among your group. All access instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival, containing all you need to know, so please do review it and we do recommend you print if off and bring it with you. Guests have 24/7 access to 221B, but you’ll have to get access on the first day via the 24/7 Urgent Care Front Desk (street level) if it’s after 7pm on a weekday, or after 5pm on a Saturday or Sunday. They’ll let you into the Residences side of the building, but then you have to follow the access webpage instructions (which are sent to you the day before your arrival). You may wish to also know that there's no gas supply used in the building - it's all electric. There is no thermostat in this suite so you'll have to tell us if it's too warm or cold, but there is an efficient [non gas] infra-red heater in the space. We highly recommend that you read all the reviews from previous groups of guests before you book, but please do contact us if you have any questions about anything. Our goal is to make your visit so spectacular that you'll never think of staying in a hotel again.

NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE BETWEEN 6AM AND 8PM WEEKDAYS, OR BETWEEN 8AM AND 6PM WEEKENDS. No parties with > 10 people in attendance. No kegs or excess alcohol please. Loud noise is fine after 7.30pm but must end by 11pm at the very latest. There is a LOUD NOISE ORDNANCE FINE of $1,000 if there's loud noise after 11pm.
