As soon as you arrive at Andrealexia Luxury Villa, you will appreciate the true meaning of luxury. The marble-tiled lit pathway leads through landscaped garden to the grand front entrance. Entering, you are immediately captivated by the elegance, warmth and spaciousness of this bright and uniquely designed open plan home. The double story bay windows bring floods of daylight and breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea right into the main living area. Ideal for families and groups, yet perfect for a romantic escape, the unique open plan design creates clearly defined areas so that individuals can spread out and enjoy their own space, while still experiencing the sense of holiday togetherness. The cozy lounge area with the double story bay windows, marble open fireplace and comfortable sofas is ideal for relaxing and gazing at the views, while a second lounge area with veranda doors leading out to the stunning pool and terrace offers a generous yet peaceful sanctuary to escape from the central hub. The TV room, with partition doors, is perfect for watching the 50-inch flat-screen TV without interruption, and can also be used as a fourth bedroom with use of the ground floor bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen, with island bar and stools, is perfect for preparing meals while socializing with friends and family and just off the kitchen, the dining area has veranda doors leading out onto the terrace and Aegean views. The terrace with landscaped gardens, a pool, BBQ area, comfortable patio furniture and sunbeds, offers the most amazing and uninterrupted sea views from its elevated position. Spend dreamy days in all day sunshine, relaxing, sunbathing and swimming, and in the evenings dine al fresco under the moonlight, surrounded by pretty garden lights. The sweeping wooden staircase takes you to the first-floor mezzanine parquet walkway where the stunning views continue from the upper bay windows. There is a small open office area on the mezzanine, ideal for those occasional working holidays. The three double bedrooms each have private balconies, two with sea views and one with a lovely mountain view. The luxurious and spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed looks out onto the pool area and the Aegean views beyond. A sofa makes it ideal for relaxing in the privacy of your room while the large bathroom with double hand basins has a shower and a separate bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and enjoys mountain views from its balcony, while the third bedroom with a double bed enjoys pool and sea views. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over a bath. There is WIFI throughout the villa and a USB stereo with Bluetooth speakers. Other Things To Note: An ID to match the reservation with credit card is required. No Parties Due to the rural setting, there is no direct garbage collection from the villa; therefore, garbage is to be taken to the end of the street. The cost includes one linen and towel change, and villa clean for bookings of 10 days or more. However, additional linen and towels are available if required. There is a washing machine in the villa.
