Quiet and serene 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage nestled hillside in an oasis of all Mother Nature has to offer. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Deck and enclosed porch overlooks sloped spacious & private backyard-wildlife & fishing is plenty. Window A/C in living room, fans in bedrooms. Amenities includes WiFi, 3 kayaks & a pedal boat, life jackets, fire pit, gas grill & floating dock. A TV w/ DVD player (no cable), another TV/DVD combo, plenty of movies, games, books, & puzzles available for both adults and children.

NOTE: Water levels on Lake Ontario can vary dramatically, thus the ability to moor a boat at the dock is not guaranteed. You need to inform us upon booking if your plans include bringing a motorized boat to the property. No refunds will be given for weather or water levels.

Cute and cozy place
Cute and cozy cottage that was nicely decorated. Had fun taking out the kayaks and kids went fishing out on the bay using the paddle boat. Loved having fires at nights. AC and WiFi worked really well.

Relaxing
We had a great girls weekend. Plenty of room for 4 of us, with room to spare if needed. Enjoyed it all and would surely go back again. Very clean!!!

Peaceful , relaxing
This home is located on a quiet road, very nice with personality, nice memories made on deck . Pack light because everything you need is there. Only problem we had was the sleeping, every mattress had lumps and dips in them, utilized the couches and the chair for good nights sleep.

Peaceful retreat
Quite, peaceful retreat. Great fire pit to relax by and watch the water. Quick trip to the beach and Sodus Bay.

Good for a quiet stay with your family
We stayed with the grandkids and it had a good mix of things to do. We would spend our days relaxing on the deck, reading books, watching the kids play in the sprinkler or fish off the dock. We also took the kids to the beach at Fair Haven twice since it was close so that was great. Fire pit at night was a good touch so grab some wood from a nearby stand. I tried the kayak (not my thing) but the kids had fun paddling around. Some older movies to watch at night when the bugs started bothering us. Tried catching the fire flies, too, which was fun. I liked that the yard was large and private and quiet.

You will need a vehicle to get to/from the property. Small boats can also dock at the cottage during seasons with normal/high water levels. During low water level seasons, you may be unable to dock a boat at the cottage. Port Bay has boat launches you may use. There are many weeds in the bay and channel you will need to be prepared to navigate.
