Just so you know you're at the right place. This Beautifully Decorated Condo is on one of the best locations on the beach. Just steps away from one of the most popular restaurants/ TIKI BAR over the ocean. Dunes 1 unit 3b offers much privacy to it's guest. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while sitting on the living room sofa and watching the Sunrise over The Atlantic. The view is Awesome! When I'm there I also enjoy the Beautiful Sunset from the master bedroom and private deck.
There is a professional hair blo/dryer in each bath!

Amazing Place
Not only was this condo in a perfect private beach location, but it also has the best amenities ever! I had an all girls trip here and the condo was awesome. There was so much room. The deck is huge. Every cooking utensil you could imagine is in this place, inlcuding a huge crockpot, a george foreman, a juicer, and anything else you could ever need. We walked to breakfast at a super cute breakfast place, kate's pankcake house. Such a great trip and so economical. It is more than worth every penny. Julia, the owner, takes care of anything you need. She is so helpful and even gave us tips on which ferry to take. Overall it was the best trip of my life!

Did not stay!
No one ever contacted me concerning my request to rent this property either by phone or reply to my email or through the website. Very, very disappointed as my husband and I "mini" vacation in Carolina Beach from time to time throughout the year.

Martha's and Gary's April Trip
This is an adorable property. Every room is decorated in a beach theme. It is not overdone. Everything was tasteful.The master bed was great and we loved the front deck. Our only drawback was the 56 steps we had to go up and down. My husband is 73 and has already encountered leg problems due to diabetes. So, he went up and stayed there. The living room furniture was lovely but our backsides were below our knees so it was challenging to get up and down. Obviously this unit is for the young and healthy.We also had a construction crew repairing the unit for 2 of the days. They were nice, but wood and trucks had to be moved for me to get in and out Even with all this we had a lovely time. Sherri could not have been niceer and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to anybody that could embrace the climb and the lower furniture. Beautiful condo! We would like to know when we will get our deposit back or if it will be shredded..

By the way, I am going to elevate the queen leather sofa, and the white pleather love seat approximately 3" so, if you have the opportunity to come back, it will be more mature friendly. Wonderful Unit!
We are a family of 4. We found the accomodations very nice, well kept and clean. The Oceanfront deck is awesome with a fantastic view. The only drawback was the 3 floor walkup. At the time we were there, painters were working on the building and creating some noise. But all in all, a great value !
Would highly recommend to anyone interested in spending time on the beach and listening to the waves..No crouds!

AWESOME VACATION AT DUNES 3-A
Had a great vacation staying at dunes 3-a. The rooms were decorated so nice. The beds slept so good. TV's in both bedrooms and living room. This place has everything you could need on a vacation, just pack your clothes and go. So convenient, and so close to all the good places to go. Also has all kinds of things to use on the beach, so you don't have to take a lot of your own . The deck is big. It is full sun on part of it, and shade on part of it. A really great place to relax, and enjoy your vacation. Julia is so sweet, and makes sure you have everything you need. Enjoyed every minute of vacation.

Great View
We stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was great. We enjoyed the fantastic view and the nice pool. It was a very pleasant stay.

Awesome Views
We were very happy with this 2 br condo. We had awesome views off the balcony of the sunrise every morning and moon reflections on the water at night. The tiki bar close by provided evening music. This condo is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We felt "at home" while staying here. It is close to many activities in either direction. We would recommend staying at this rental on the beach whenever you plan to visit Carolina Beach.

Gorgeous view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deck overlooking the ocean with dolphins and surfers was awesome. The owner was very kind and attentive. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. I'd highly recommend it.

Great place for a getaway, Not too busy!
We had a very nice stay for a week at this condo. View was fantastic. The only drawback were the 42 stairs to the 3rd floor. Someone older or in poor health could never make it up and down several times a day. Clean and well stocked. Coolers, beach chairs, sand toys provided by owner. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.

Paradise away from home
My son and I had a wonderful time. The ocean view and the condo was beautiful. I loved the view from the deck. The condo had really nice appliances (TVs, nice frig with a great ice maker, keurig, blender). I loved the convenience of the sitdown shower in the master bedroom. My son is handicap so it really came in handy. We also loved the convenience of being only 5 miles from the South Port Ferry and around the corner from a great seafood restuarant and pier overlooking the ocean. And last but not least, Ms. Julia was a sweetheart and gave us such a warm welcome.
