Never Use OuterBanks Blue Realty

Dirty! Food left in refrigerator, food crumbs and hair on kitchen shelf, food on pans & silverware, floor not vacuumed/swept, hair on towels & screened-in porch taken over by spider webs and FILTHY! I immediately called Outer-Banks Blue (around 5PM Sat.) & left a detailed message. They never called me back. I could not stand it so I ended up spending the remainder of Sat & Sun morning cleaning. I called them again on Mon. explaining I felt I should be compensated. The mgr, Bill, did not believe I had spent a day cleaning & only offered $25. I have been coming to OBX every yr for the past 5 yrs & I will NEVER use OuterBanks Blue again. The owner of the property should find a different realtor.

Amazing home, perfect location!!

Sounds great provides families with a quiet peaceful location only a few minutes from all activities Corolla has to offer. The home was well kept and clean. Views of the sound were amazing. Highly recommend.
