Winter Wonderland
We came to the cabin for a company Christmas party. It is only 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville (and that's in the snow!), yet you feel secluded enough. The house is cozy and welcoming but has plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. While we were there, it snowed about 7 inches, so we were able to sled down the hill which was a blast. The company was quick to send someone over to salt the road. We will most definitely be back.

Perfect spot for Family Reunion!
Our family rented all 4 homes for the Falls at Edenderry collection from Yonder, as we held a family reunion with a total of 72 of us! (Yes; big family gathering.) It was amazing in and of itself that Yonder had a property, or properties, that could accommodate a total of 72 guests; we never in our wildest dreams thought we could all stay "together" at one property. We rented a huge tent that we had setup at Pine Hollow, which essentially served as the "hub" for everything, and it stayed up the whole 4 days we stayed, and allowed for terrific outdoor meals, events and more. (One set of great grandparents even renewed their vows one evening with a cool little outdoor ceremony.) Winters Haven served as the young adult hangout, with 3 floors of space, bedrooms, and a great garage game room, fire-pit and hot tub. All 4 homes' hot tubs saw regular usage, as did the fire pits. It was even warm enough for the younger kids to swim in the pond and play/hang-out on the beach area. The homes were VERY clean, well set-up, and nicely furnished. We stayed mostly close to the homes as there was so much to do, and we wanted to see everyone, etc. However, we did take a group outing to The Biltmore, Sierra Nevada, and did the Grey Line Tour in downtown Asheville, (as suggested by Sarah w/Yonder). Much fun was had by all, and I can assure you that if our family plans another reunion in Asheville that we will be back to the Falls at Edenderry, or if a smaller group trip, simply contact Yonder for luxury accommodations; simply AWESOME!!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette/bachelor weekend and absolutely loved it!! It was the perfect place for all of us to have a great weekend! The host is great and the place wwas super clean !! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Best value for a true Memory Maker in Asheville Period
I'm a successful Author who wanted to have a 5 day vacation with my three daughters, three son in laws and five grand kids mainly 7-10 year old age group. I wanted everyone to be on one property. The son in laws were able to book golf on a Saturday and females ready to shop all the ceramic artists and chocolates in Downtown Asheville. They toured the Biltmore on our last day and they all claim that most WOW factor part of trip as far as outings go.
The owners are the best I ever met. Weird owners can potentially create a bad memory. They were so professional I never did have to "meet' them. So I call this my "Tree House" because it is a luxury property right up in the trees. I was able to write on my patio attached to the Master bedroom-- staring at the tops of huge trees - I could reach out and touch them. I have MS so not as mobile as my forty something brood. I did not mind staying behind most excursions to just write and reflect off my patio. Not advertised is a jacuzzi bathtub connected to the Master Bath - again with a window of tree tops. The Jacuzzi was off the charts good for my condition. There does seem to be a pack and play for a toddler tucked in Master bedroom closet.
So its three stories tall with bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor.. The Game Room was PIVOTAL to a great stay of all of the property assets. A grocery store is only five miles away...so the guys hit that up first as everyone unpacked. They returned with groceries so fast! Family was up late hours in the Game Room.
1. Hot water NEVER ran out, despite running laundry, showers, and the dishwasher all at the same time. IMPRESSIVE.
2. The kids loved the two lofts (generally set in parents rooms) so lofts were a new experience for them.
3. We could fit four SUVs at the property.
4. The laundry room quite large and just off the kitchen.
5. Plenty of coffee mugs despite someone posting there were none.
6. Pizza or other food deliveries actually delivered food late night. I thought my family was joking when they ordered 6 pizzas. They were not joking.
7. Apparently the owners own several properties side by side and can house bigger groups than even our group of 13.
Next time I will bring a waffle maker and make sweet potato waffles as part of the breakfast fun. Bring a small Keurig maker if you want Keurig coffee. I never resented leaving a vacation as much as I did this one. Yes, the house can handle 14 people and still allow everyone their "space."
