Take a bike ride along the riverfront roadway, picnic by the river, enjoy the above ground portable firepit, take a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or nap in the hammock. Something for everyone! Designed for the larger family to enjoy, this cabin features great room with vaulted ceiling & exposed beams, stone fireplace with gas logs, Free Wifi, Updated 40" Smart Flatscreen TV and Satellite with sleeper sofa.. 1/2 bath off living room. And yes, catch up on your emails or an e-meeting with the wireless high-speed DSL.

Not as advertised
I will start by saying we did enjoy our week at this home in the end, however it was not what we had expected. It is advertised as a luxury home. While it is a relatively nice place, it is by no means a luxury home. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness upon arrival. I spent the entire first evening cleaning and putting clean sheets on all beds.There was a dead bug in the master bed so all beds were laundered.There were ants in the kitchen. It is a pet friendly home, and there was pet hair everywhere! The living room furniture is of goodwill quality. Definitely not luxury home furniture.The grill outside was rusted out and the grate filthy. The only outdoor furniture was cheap metal chairs and of the three there, one was broken. None of the screens on the sliding doors worked, so you couldn’t leave the doors open to enjoy the sound of the river. The yard is nice and flat, but the entry area into the river is very steep! The picture shown is of the neighboring yard. We enjoyed kayaking the river. We brought our own lawn chairs and enjoyed a fire most every evening. There were only two small cement benches at the fire pit. Again, not what I expected in a luxury home. I didn’t feel like we got what we paid for. I addressed these issues with the management company and they were less than concerned. If you will notice, the reviews they have on their website are not current. This house is a nice, average riverfront home with run of the mill furnishings and amenities. If I’m looking for and paying for luxury,that’s what I expect to get.

We appreciate your business and thank you for your valued comments and concerns. We expect our cabins to be clean and ready to use upon our guests arrival. We were not informed of the cleanliness issues you arrived to so we could correct them. We have recently added a new grill and deck chairs and seating. We have changed some of our verbiage as to not mislead anyone. This is a custom log cabin with open air feeling and a few higher end finishings like the tile shower and Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom may seem like luxury to some and not others. We hope you will consider 4 Seasons Vacations and ask specific questions about the cabins as to meet your every need.
