Bear Necessities has a great covered porch at the front of the cabin, complete with rocking chairs, ceiling fan, and a bench. The sleeper sofa with memory foam handles extra sleeping needs. The kitchen seats 6, provides a gas stove and is well stocked for cooking needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV with streaming channels, and a DVD player. A private half bath completes the bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed also with a TV with streaming channels, and a ceiling fan. The full bath with washer and dryer is off the hallway. Close to restaurants, swimming, hiking, antiquing, kayaking, canoeing, and golf course. Chimney Rock State Park, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, and Asheville are also nearby. Bear Necessities is simply a great vacation home! Make your reservations early, this cozy home with all the amenities it offers will book quickly. Come and enjoy your stay with us at Bear Necessities. NOTE: A mandatory non-refundable damage insurance policy fee ($59-$79 depending on the coverage) is applied to each reservation. This a pet-friendly home. No more than one dog allowed. Pet addenda must be signed and pet fee of $100 plus tax applies. Cats and/or other household pets are not allowed. Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement at the time of booking. Reservation Fee: 5.75 Booking Fee
