The Lodge on Mirror Lake is one of the most unique properties in the Lake Lure, Chimney Rock area. ***Come and check out the newly expanded and fully covered main level and upper level deck. Great space for large groups and families!*** The main level for family gathering boasts a large, well-stocked kitchen with breakfast island, dining area, family room with flat screen TV, WI-FI, CD player, a sleeper sofa, and a cozy gas log fireplace. Also on this level is bedroom with queen bed. There is also a full bath just off the hallway. The main level deck can be accessed through sliding glass doors off the dining area or either the front or rear door. Star gazing is the thing to do at night. The upper level opens to open room with 2 queen beds. There is also a small bedroom with a single bed for extra sleeping. The full bath is Jack-n-Jill style with these two areas. You will also find at this level access to the open uppermost deck. The lower level provides bedroom with 2 twin beds. A full bath is just outside the bedroom. The game room has foosball table, card table, board games, puzzles, TV with streaming channels, and gas log fireplace. A door leads to the ground level patio. The Lodge is situated on a peninsula surrounded on three sides by water with 500 foot of shore line and its own private boat house complete with a canoe. There is plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including great blue heron and other waterfowl, beavers, turkey and deer. Come and be our guest at The Lodge on Mirror Lake. Make your reservations early, this fabulous home with all the luxuries it offers will book quickly. Come and enjoy your stay with us at The LODGE on MIRROR LAKE. NOTE: The roads in the community are packed gravel mountain roads. A mandatory non-refundable damage waiver is applied to each reservation in the amount of $59. This is a pet friendly home - up to two dogs (50lbs or less) are allowed. A pet fee of $100 plus tax will be applied to your reservation cost if you choose to bring your dog(s) with you. Pet Addenda must be signed. Dog(s) must be house trained. Sorry, no cats or exotic animals are allowed. Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, the following applies less an administrative fee of $75.00. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. Reservation Fee: 5.75 Booking Fee
