The living area is complete with plenty of seating for your entire group to relax and watch your favorite shows or movies together on the flatscreen TV. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a massive center island with a double sink and bar seating for up to 4. There's truly everything you need to prepare a meal in this fully-equipped chef's dream kitchen! Plus, the dining area is only a few steps away and has seating for up to 6. This home is perfect for multi-generational families and couples visiting Oak Island with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a double bedroom with trundle— each with direct access to one of the porches! The main master suite is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, direct access to the top floor porch with ocean views, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. The second master suite is located downstairs and comes complete with a king-size bed, direct access to the lower porch, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The queen and double guest bedrooms are also downstairs and share a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Outside, you'll find the large fenced-in backyard complete with a private pool, lounge chairs, and bench seating. There's even an outdoor shower on the ground floor to rinse off after a day at the beach and beach gear available for you — like chairs and a wagon. This house has more amenities than we can begin to describe, like having wireless internet access should you need to stay connected during your stay. Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
