House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • No parties or events • Pets are not allowed Local attractions • Tail of the Dragon: Located nearby, the Tail of the Dragon is a world-famous stretch of US Highway 129, known for its 318 hairpin turns in just 11 miles.
