The living room includes a full size leather couch, leather loveseat, large flat panel Samsung TV with a DVD player with a variety of movies and there is a full size wooden desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with Frigidaire Professional Series stainless steel appliances, a built-in stainless steel wine cooler, Keurig coffee system with flavored coffees/teas/cappuccinos, cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware, barware, silverware, spices and more. There is also a comfortable round wooden dining room table with 4 chairs. The hall closet holds a full size washer and dryer set, many board games, football, basketball and frisbee. Wireless DSL internet throughout and HD DirectTV is in master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bedroom and living room with DVR. Outside, you'll enjoy an open porch with rocking chairs, an open deck with patio furniture and a propane grill. Enjoy the relaxing pace of swinging on a double hammock or play an exciting game of badminton. We can also accommodate up to a 30' RV with electric, water and sewer hook-up's. Green River Highlands is a private, gated, 430 acre community on the Green River with a children's playground, basketball court, gazebo, charcoal grill and access to the Green River for tubing, swimming and fishing located at the entrance of the community. Green River Highlands, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is off Hwy. 74; exit 173 (Union Road), just west of the town of Rutherfordton, NC. and is conveniently located within 15 to 30 minutes of two hospitals, major food stores, numerous antique/specialty stores, vineyards, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, historic Hendersonville and an hour to Charlotte and Asheville. Less Than 3 Miles To The Tryon Equestrian Center & Less Than 15 Miles To FENCE. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE CABIN!!

AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT CABIN!
I can't say enough great things about our stay. My boyfriend and I came for a little weekend getaway with our dog. This was the perfect spot. When we arrived, the cabin was decorated for fall and even smelled like fall upon walking inside. It was very cozy and felt like a "home away from home". Stefan was a wonderful host. Everything was very clean and COVID prepared. The location was easy to get to and you are within an hour of many top hiking trails, waterfalls, and top spots. Our dog loved the yard and critter watching through the beautiful glass windows. The neighborhood is gated and very safe. We will definitely be telling everyone about this beautiful spot, and will be back to stay again! Thanks again, Stefan!

This property is perfectly lovely! Peaceful and secluded, it felt like being on a spa retreat. Beautifully furnished with every conceivable reality. Best of all, it's only five minutes away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center, where we were showing. Highly recommended!

This vacation rental will not disappoint!
The cabin met my expectations and then some. It could not have been in a better location for me and my family. I really appreciated the attention to detail and organization that the owners have done. I felt like I was at home. Everything was very clean and nicely kept. The cabin felt very private to me as well. I Ioved all the ammenities and the cozy feel of the place. I would also like to say that the owners were very kind and attentive to any questions that I had. I would stay at this cabin in a heart beat!
