The "Beach Retreat" House is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean View home with HD Digital Expanded Cable with 4 large HD TV's, Wi-Fi, larger living room with gas fireplace, large windows, plus a 2nd living room/rec room, 2 level 10 x 20 deck, new 2022 6–7-person hot tub w/covered roof structure, air hockey table, foosball table, pool table, custom built 12 ft play structure with tube slide and climbing wall just blocks from the casino/beach.

Perfect Family Reunion Vacation!!
Our 2 sons and their families live in Oregon and we live in Pennsylvania. For years we have struggled with holiday flights, cancellations and delays, so we decided to try a reunion at the Oregon Coast bringing all together plus pets for a family reunion/vacation.
The Beach Retreat house was perfect for everyone-7 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs. Not only was there plenty of space (4bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, a crib) but also a large backyard and close access to the beach for walking and playing.
The house was very clean and comfortable with several ideal spaces (kitchen/dining area, game room, living room) for family updates, conversations and entertainment. We found it perfect for our reunion and have already committed to return again this year.
We would recommend the Beach Retreat House to any family seeking a great place to get together for a reunion, vacation or get-away. Not only is the Retreat House wonderful but Lincoln City is perfect with a great beach, variety of good restaurants, and even a casino very close by. We recommend it without reservations.

Family vacation
Awesome place for the whole family and dogs. Would definitely recommend this vacation house to everyone. We enjoyed our stay so much we definitely will be returning next year.

Nice family vacation
We were able to stay at this fantastic home for 4th of july. We came with our kids ( young and older) and with my mother n law. It was absolutely wonderful. There was something for everyone to enjoy. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the backyard. My older kids loved the hockey and pool table and us adults enjoyed the spa. There was booster chairs and a crib for the little kids which was GREAT!! We had a wonderful experience. The owner was wonderful to work with. We can't wait to be able to go back and experience some more great memories!! Thank you for opening up your home to us.

4th of July Vacation
This place was phenomenal to stay in. Plenty of things to do right in the house. Hot tub, Foosball table, Air hockey table, pool table. Very clean, well kept, and relaxing atmosphere. We loved it and will definitely come back.

Wonderful place
Nice and cozy. My family was pleased and it had the basic amenities. It was raining so we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because it didn’t have a roof but it was ok. We watch movies and played games.

Amazing place!!!!
This house was perfect for our party of 7 plus a dog and there was room for more if we wanted. The house is roomy and you don't feel like your on top of one another. The place is clean, cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, Foosball, gaming system, Hot Tub, and fire pit. We utilized the deck and big fenced in yard with fire pit for roasting hot dogs and smores while the dog got to play outside. It does have a nice play structure even though we didn't use it. We have stayed at newer beach houses before and they don't compare to the charm and comfort of this place. Steve has done a great job keeping up with things and is attentive to his property. We came after a big storm and he let us know in advance there might be debris in the yard and he had maintenance coming to clean up the yard, and when we got there everything was already taken care of. The kitchen is older but is completely functional and accommodating for our large family and has updated appliances. Really its the best stocked kitchen i have seen in a beach house. My family loved this place so much we already have our next trip planned to come back.

Great location and comfortable space!
The location of the house was great and a close walk to the beach. It also had a very private feeling to it also. There is a lot of space so that everyone does not feel crowded. The jacuzzi is a great addition that added to the experience.

So cozy!
Nothing fancy... just reasonable accommodations. Everything the ad stated was true.
The kitchen/dining area is not huge, but accommodated 8 people alright. The living area is very spacious and comfortable. All amenities worked well... the hot tub felt great! Really qppreciated the large amount of linens available, as well as two sets of washers and dryers!

Quiet and relaxing
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the house was we brought our pups with us and it easily accommodated them and the yard is totally fenced which was perfect
