We booked the apartment for a whole month, Andrew the host was so helpful throughout. The apartment had everything we needed and there is parking at the front and to the rear, which was really useful when friends visited and saved on parking costs. WIFI was important to me as i had to work occasionally online during the stay and it was a strong signal in all rooms. The living room/dining room/kitchen/bedrooms were spacious enough and very comfortable. This apartment is perfect for walking into Ilkley and also on to the moors, the train station is ony a 10 min walk away. I would recommend this appartment to anyone planning a stay in the Ilkley area.

This is the fourth year in succession that we have visited Ilkley. It is a town that we have come to love spending time in. The Dalesway apartment is the ideal place (and for us the ONLY place) to stay. It is situated a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A parking space so close to town is the icing on the cake. Andrew is the most helpful host and has always answered any queries we have promptly. We always enjoy this perfect holiday home and always look forward to a return visit.

Dalesway apartment was a perfect location to base ourselves as it is close to the shopping area and many of the local restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Parking is no issue either as there is space at the back of the apartment and ample street parking ( although a permit is required which Andrew ,the owner, kindly organised). Andrew was very prompt at responding to any questions or queries we had. I could not recommend this property highly enough and I would definitely book it again.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in great location within a couple of minutes walk to main town. Ilkley is ideally located as a base to many great locations. Return visit being planned. On a personal note, Andrew is a great host and answered any questions we had with courtesy and speed. 100% recommended.

Well it took 18 months to finally get to Ilkley for a long weekend, Andrew the flat owner was very good in changing the first booking when COVID hit and then refunding when we had to cancel the 2nd date, as they say 3rd times the charm. The arrival process was very slick with 2 key safes to get into the building then the apartment. The apartment was very well presented with everything you would need and all in clean working order + visitors parking permit if required if not using the parking space at the rear. Location was excellent, short walk down to the street with Betty's on and then rest of the town. It was exactly what we hoped for and it delivered above expectations. We would have no hesitation in using again. Thanks for a great base for an enjoyable weekend

This was our third visit to the Dalesway apartment which is situated within a few minutes walk of the town centre. It is in a lovely residential area and has a parking space. The apartment is extremely comfortably furnished and well equipped, providing everything necessary for a perfect stay. We love Ilkley and the surrounding area and feel fortunate to be able to stay in the Dalesway apartment when we visit.

All good as in my summary. Also parking. A place to put dirty boots. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed. Excellent all round.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting family nearby. The flat has private parking, and is an excellent location. Less than 5 mins walk from the main shops and very close to rail / but connections. Well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Ilkley is a lovely town to explore and also a great location for walking & exploring the Dales or nearby cities. Easy travel to Leeds, Bradford & Harrogate.

Loved it. Location is perfect, everything within a short walk. Apartment was very well kept and spacious and complete with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Have already booked a return.
