Escallonia is a self catering holiday bungalow set in a large secluded child-friendly garden and near Cornwall’s most beautiful coastline and golden sandy beaches. This great location is a perfect choice for a holiday at any time of year.
The property caters for 8 people (2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms), plus space for cots. The living areas are comfortable with an open-plan kitchen diner with patio doors out to the patio and alfresco dining area. The spacious lounge has a formal dining table at one end and also patio doors to the garden. There is ample car parking within the grounds.
The lovely sandy beach and championship golf course is only a short walk away. Padstow with its many shops and restaurants is a 3 mile drive from the property.

Spring surfing
Perfect house for a group in a perfect location. A very beautiful property.
It's very well situated by a few amazing beaches, each within walking distance. Great for surfing as if one beach is too big or windy, you can hop over to the other one! Wi-fi worked very well for multiple people working at once.

Great place for a family holiday !
Lovely bungalow with loads of space inside and out. Close to loads of beaches, pubs etc. Some of the other reviewers have said that the decor in the bungalow was a bit dated, which I suppose it is, but that just makes you feel like you are staying at a friend's house and it's got a very homely feel. Very well equipped kitchen and lovely patio for outside dining. Wi-Fi worked fine so that kept the kids happy ! We were delighted with the whole place, everything you need for a great family holiday. Wish we owned it ourselves ! - Would love to stay there again.

Quiet location with plenty of space close to the sea
The bungalow although dated, was well equipped and gave us plenty of room and we were able to take our dog. Constantine Bay is a quiet location and bungalow is a short walk to the beach and other walks can be accessed from the property. Easy to access other beaches in the area most of which do not have any dog restrictions.

Great property, brilliant location!
We had a lovely stay in this lovely house. Yes, it is a little dated, but it adds to the charm. It is very spacious, well equipped and homely. The location is amazing being a stones throw from Constantine Bay (dog friendly beach) and other stunning beaches such as Porthcothan.
The local shop is 2 minutes walk and has everything you need and there are great restaurants in the area too.
I highly recommend this property and will certainly be going back.

Great family house close to the beaches
Sarah was very helpful, the house was excellent for our weeks stay with guests and perfectly positioned a short walk to the spectacular beaches and walks along the cliff tops. The house is on a lovely block, very quit, with specious gardens. It has everything you need for a great holiday.

Family holiday
The bungalow had everything we needed for our family break, two sons, their partners my granddaughter of 15 months and myself and a dog.There was a cot and high chair provided for my granddaughter and the sleeping accommodation was ideal for us. Plenty of outside space we were able to bbq and eat on the patio. Bungalow quite dated only real downside was the separate shower, not ideal. Very convenient for beach at Constsntine Bay and useful general stores very near to the bungalow. We all enjoyed our stay, prompt attention from owner when the dishwasher broke, a replacement was provided next day.

Superb Cottage
Excellent cottage in a lovely location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and large garden was ideal for the kids to play. Definitely book again.

Beautiful garden
We had a lovely week staying at Escallonia. The highlight for us was the large garden with views over the countryside - plenty of space for our boys to run around and for us all to enjoy al fresco dining every evening (we were lucky with the weather!). Location is good; just a 5 min walk down to Constantine beach or 10 mins to Treyarnon. And lovely hosts! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic and so close to beach
We loved it here. A great family home which accommodated 7 of us and two dogs perfectly. Loads of room, well located, well equipped and close to everything needed. Will happily return and actually wish the house was ours forever!

Lovely beach holiday house
The house was spacious and well presented. Plenty of room for our party. Short 10 minute walk to the local beach or short drive to many others - one for every day in a week. The local shop was only 2/3 mins away and fitted our needs. I'll definately come back.
