Perfect for beach lovers, watersports enthusiasts, cyclists and walkers alike… with great surf, stunning beaches, the south west coastal path and the sights of West Cornwall close by we're sure you'll want to return to 36 Tudor Court year after year. Large open plan living space - Large leather sofa, wall mounted electric fireplace, programmable heating system throughout, dining table and six chairs door to rear of chalet Snug seating area - There is a small area to the front of the main living space with two large comfy leather arm chairs beside the patio doors. Kitchen - Open kitchen area fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob/oven, microwave, and plenty of surface space. Downstairs shower room - fully equipped modern shower room with toilet, sink and large mirror. Master bedroom - King Size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe. Views to the front. Patio door onto balcony with bench seating. Twin bedroom - Twin single beds, bedside table, TV/Video, 5 drawer unit and some hanging hooks. Double bedroom - Small 4' Double bed, large wardrobe with shelving, wonderful woodland views across the fields to the rear. Upstairs Shower room - Shower room with shower cubicle, sink unit, mirror & toilet. Small patio area to the front of the property. This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking. Enjoy Cycling and/or walking? Out of season, this property is ideal for fresh air enthusiasts. It is double glazed, well insulated and has a modern heating system. The Cornish coastline is renowned for its stunning walks as well as for the fabulous surfing conditions. The owners of No 36 are keen cyclists and will be making bike stands available during the Autumn/Winter months, so that bikes can be stored safely indoors at the property. For those who use bike computers, they also have a large selection of Garmin cycle routes available for you to download. Please request these when booking. A message from Toms Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too. The Location The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions. On the doorstep The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include: -Tennis court -Squash court -Swimming pool -Sauna -Games area -Family club (entertainment is peak school holidays only) -Bar area (free wifi) -Launderette -Shop -Bar meals and takeaway are available. Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants. Further afield The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by. At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. A highly recommended property

My family and I stayed at this property recently for a family wedding. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and general upkeep of this lovely accommodation. It was well stocked with all necessary items with the added benefit of DVDs to watch and board games to play. Lovely grounds which are well tended to with a club house that served good food although limited choices. Family and dog friendly. Highly recommended.

Good value well finished perfect for vist to beautiful nearby beaches

This property has all you need for a good holiday . It is in very good condition as it has recently be refurbished. All the amenities on site are good and would keep the family entertained. When we visited we didn’t have time to vist club so can’t coment on it . If you stay in this property be sure to vist the nearby Hayle beach with large expanse of golden sand.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation has everything needed. brilliantly placed .and the bread milk butter and coffee and tea was a lovely touch can't wait to book again

36 Tudor Court Tolroy Manor - We are on our way home from a lovely stay at Tolroy Manor. We booked 36 Tudor Court through Toms Holidays for a fantastic price for myself, husband, two children 7 & 11 and my mother in law for a week Saturday to Saturday. We were not disappointed with our decision. Before arrival we had been given the keysafe number which meant no faffing about at reception checking in which was a welcome change! We were greeted by a lovely welcome letter containing everything we needed to know about the property which was left for us along with a loaf of bread, block of butter, milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar - much appreciated after the long drive. The property itself was immaculate and had been refurbished to an excellent standard. We could not find a fault with our stay. Other lovely touches from the owners were body boards and beach toys for our kids to enjoy, magazines for the adults to read if they get a minute of peace ! Lots of dvds amd board games along with takeaway menus and lots of leaflets and guides to the general area. We must say that from what we overheard from other guests we were in the minority who had such lovely accomadation a few of the guests actually said where they were staying should be bulldozed not rented out! We felt very lucky although all the other accomodation we looked at before booking 36 Tudor did have photographs so perhaps they were hoping for more than they were paying for! Tolroy Manor Park itself was very well kept grounds were neat and tidy with plenty of rubbish bins about. Drinks in the bar and club were reasonably priced although make sure you get your blue /orange bands from the accomodation owner on arrival as these mean that you can use the club where the entertainment is on an evening without the band's you may not get served. The band's also get you free swimming and pool activities along with crazy golf, giant chess, ping pong, Xbox and snooker you just leave a deposit which you get back on return of the equipment. Staff were friendly and helpful even when faced with the less happy customers ! Playground was nice and located just outside the bar and was safe enough for the kids to roam from the accomodation or bar alone to use the equipment. Tolroy Manor is two minutes away from Paradise Park which cost us £52 for all 5 of us which was a full days entertainment sorted they have some lovely animals along with a free flying birdshow which the kids loved. They have a massive indoor soft playarea which decent cafe. The location was around 10 minutes by car from St Ives and all the lovely other beaches and attractions. The park and ride to St Ives would be worth the effort although we did drive and park it is very busy and no where near enough car parking not to mention the death ride through the centre where a car barely fits down some of the roads and the people think nothing of just wandering in front of moving vehicles ! Overall lovely holiday park and fab accomodation.

The property was clean and very tidy.

My husband and I just wanted to stay somewhere close to my daughter it was a couple of miles away. The boys decided to stay and mum to so it was lovely we could all be together and the boys thought it was great, there was a lot to do and the weather was so very kind to us.

Excellent in every way...

The place itself was perfect. It was clean, had great sitting areas and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was ideal for exploring South Cornwall and great beach at the doorstep. Will definitely go back again.
