Lovely communal gardens with Play area, Basketball, Football etc ...... Perfect for family groups and couples. At the Reception Building here --- there is Indoor Swimming pool + Sauna, Bar + Restaurant, Amusements. LOVELY FACILITIES * (seasonal) PLEASE NOTE : This property sleeps 6 with all beds made up for 6 guests. IDEAL LOCATION --- This holiday resort is nr Perranporth and St Agnes. The surrounding area is an area of outstanding beauty, with amazing coastal walks to enjoy and explore !! Perranporth is nearby -- a charming Seaside town, with lovely cafes, Restaurants and Bars, Gift shops, a beautiful open beach with a stream running through it, ideal for families to enjoy time together !! Beautiful Porthtowan beach is just a short drive away. St Agnes beach has a lovely cafe, where they serve amazing hot chocolate, cakes and treats, while watching the waves !! Also nearby are Chapel Porth + Trevaunance Cove where you can enjoy amazing places to explore, this area is a photographers paradise, with amazing photo opportunities in every direction !! ........... Also, just a few miles from Newquay and the amazing surfing beaches and attractions here. Fistral beach is the Surfing Capital, where many worldwide surfing competitions take place! There is a multi million pound surf centre here, with the Surf School, shops, Restaurants and Bars, gift shops. OUR PRICES LISTED ARE FOR UP TO 6 GUESTS. We can not accept more than 6 guests here. This property is not large enough to accommodate larger groups. Situated on this lovely friendly holiday park, set in acres of glorious countryside. Lovely facilities are available here if needed (seasonal) .... Indoor swimming pool, sauna, Children's Play Area, Tennis, Crazy golf, Bar and Restaurant. This property has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. All beds will be made up for up to 6 guests. We can allow guests to bring 1 dog on certain dates, if agreed beforehand. There is a charge of £45 for 1 dog. Please contact us if you wish to bring a pet, as this is not always available ---- We can not accept more than 1 dog or pet at all. Please contact us before booking! If guests bring a dog without informing us then access has to be denied. We strictly only accept 1 dog. We can not accept more than 1 dog under any circumstances, or we end up with many problems. FACILITIES ARE OPEN FROM MARCH TO NOVEMBER -- We also offer amazing prices during quieter months .. ............. Lovely facilities open from March to November :- Small charge due if facilities are needed :- Indoor swimming pool and sauna Tennis courts Crazy golf Children's play area (this is open all year) Outdoor Table tennis WIFI - at the Reception building - Not at the actual property Car park -- approx 150 metre's from the property Basketball, and Football, Play areas in the gardens / grounds. There is a Bar and Restaurant on this resort (seasonal) ideal to enjoy a drink without the hassle of driving !! ........ Pool tables + games / amusements available in the entertainment complex. ALSO -- During the holiday season, there is a well stocked shop available on site (seasonal). Launderette available on site (small charge applies) Due to Covid -- some facilities may be limited -- this is unavoidable as im sure you can understand. SET IN THE IDEAL CENTRAL LOCATION IN CORNWALL ----- in between Perranporth and St Agnes, just a few miles from Newquay, where you will find the best surfing beaches !! ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION :- LOUNGE AREA ---- Comfortable new sofas + cushions, LCD tv, and freeview channels. Modern decor with local pictures of beautiful beaches nearby - Watergate Bay, St Ives, Newquay Beaches. KITCHEN AREA ---- Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Oven + hob, fridge / freezer, Microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of utensils, plenty of cups, plates glasses etc. We also provide plastic glasses / bowls etc, for children. Dining table / chairs in the kitchen area - ideal for family meals together. DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM --- This is a twin bedroom,, lovely and modern with wardrobe, drawers + mirror, bedside lamp, lovely modern pictures local beaches DOUBLE BEDROOM upstairs ---- Lovely + bright and modern. PERRANPORTH -- this is a charming seaside town, with an amazing huge beach. There are lots of great restaurants and bars, quaint little shops, take aways, cafes. Perranporth beach is just perfect for family time together, and perfect for couples to relax !! ----- There is a stream running through the beach, perfect for family fun times !! There is also a launderette on site (seasonal) This is a lovely comfortable holiday property, in this ideal location for your holiday. We always try to offer great value for money !! We are a family business, so it is important to us that you have a wonderful holiday experience !! This house is fitted with lovely modern Blue Cladding, and is set in lots of gardens and grounds. DOGS ...... we can accept a booking for 1 small dog at certain times .... Small charge applies. Please ensure that you contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog, as this is only allowed at certain times. Also certain dogs are not allowed, so it is vital that you contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog. Obviously dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Please inform us of this if you wish to bring a dog -- certain conditions apply. This is very important --- we will presume you are not bringing a dog if you do not mention this when booking. We can not accept more than 1 dog or pet at all. If guests bring a dog without telling us then access has to be denied --- as we may have guests staying after yourselves that have serious allergies. Guests safety is very important to us. Please contact us at any time if you have questions or queries ------ we are always keen to help, at any time day or night. PLEASE NOTE ---- we can not accept bookings for groups of teenagers. Im sure you can understand this ---- This is a family resort, and is ideal for families. We have to be very careful if taking bookings for young groups of people. We can not take bookings for under 21 year olds.

We are happy for guests to bring 1 small dog with them at certain times, but it is vital that guests contact us to request this before booking. Strict conditions apply, and some breeds are not allowed. PLEASE contact us before booking if you are bringing a dog. If guests do bring a dog without informing us, access will be denied. Strictly one dog allowed. All beds will be made up for 6 guests. Please bring your own towels

Well positioned property in great location .

Jane was very friendly and helpful with the booking and information. House was in a great location for perranporth and surrounding areas. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Park was small and had everything we needed . Nice and quiet too with nice kiddies playground. Pool was ok ,but a bit small although numbers were limited. Love Cornwall ❤️ and we had a fab time.

Thanks Steven ..... for your amazing review. Im so pleased that you all had such a lovely holiday in Cornwall. This is such a great location like you said so close to so many amazing beaches and attractions. It is great value here and nice to have the swimming pool and sauna .... every time we have used the pool it is always lovely and quiet .... I have never known them to need to limit numbers so I was surprised ........ Anyway thanks again and I so so please that you had such a lovely stay and loved the house
