Fantastic stay
Fabulous lodge everything you need decor and furnishings very nice Ash and Ros the owners are very helpful and only a phone call away should you need them this is our third year at this lodge and it never disappoints just gets better. Located in a very peaceful and tranquil setting highly recommended

Stunning lodge and location
Had the most amazing weekend staying in this lodge. By far the nicest lodge we have ever stayed in. The little details really made it homely and cosy. Beds were were incredibly comfortable. Large bathrooms (x2). Everything you needed available in the lodge from utensils, cooking items, cleaning products, washer/dryer, BBQ - the list could go on! All high quality. Hot tub was the star of the show - especially with the glass roof so you could sit in the tub and watch the stars. Amazing! For 4 mums going away for a couple of nights to relax from daily stresses, it was the perfect getaway. We will definitely be recommending and will be back.

Perfect!
Just spent the weekend with friends and absolutely loved it! We had the best time! I have been to many many lodges ect and this 1 blew me away with everything provided! You can literally go with your clothes and food and have everything else to hand, amazing! Views, hot tub, decking areas seating and bbq all fab! Will def be back both with friends and family! Prices are great also, Thank you :)

Beautiful lodge in stunning Scotland!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lodge. Stunning scenery, lots of lovely walks and could not have asked for a nicer lodge. Would definitely go back!

Lovely and luxurious
I stayed at this lodge with a group of friends and we all had a blissful relaxing weekend. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The lodge is very luxurious and cosy and has all the things you need and more. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact if needed. The hot tub was amazing. We all said we would love to return.

A home from home
This was our 8th stay at Soghail since 2020 and it won't be our last. Balquidder Mhor offers us a happy place, somewhere we can turn off from the world and relax in a beautiful rural environment whilst not being too cut off from amenities. The luxury lodge is well equipped with mod cons, high end finishes and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We especially love the hot tub which is very private. Over the past couple years we've noticed how much the owners invest in the lodges and the site in general with furnishings and fittings upgraded regularly. The site is clean, rural and the lodges are well spaced. The site staff are friendly and are on hand if needed. The owners are attentive and very communicative whilst respecting your privacy during your stay. The local area has a range of walking and cycling routes and there's lots of other villages and attractions to explore nearby by car. We especially enjoy going into Callander to explore some of the independent shops such as the Shell Centre, Willow plants and the Toy Museum which is well worth a visit. We've found a new thing to do every stay so there is plenty to explore locally. We thoroughly recommend visiting!

Great Stay
We stayed at this place during our visit to Scotland, the place is really well equipped with everything you need. We arrived and the place was spotless. The hot tub is brilliant and there is EV charging onsite (2 Type 2 sockets at ~3kW & requires Monta app) We stayed here for a trip up Ben Nevis which was around a 1.5 hour drive from the place. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely stay again!

First class !
Spent 4 wonderful nights at this beautiful accommodation. I cannot praise it highly enough. Firstly, the location is a perfect example of what Scotland has to offer. The lodge itself was perfectly positioned for privacy and seclusion in an outstanding location which is an ideal base for the surrounding countryside and attractions. Plenty of things to do and see. We visited Callander and no visit to the area is complete without a visit to Killin to see the Falls of Dochart ... Absolutely stunning ! The lodge itself was spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of literature about the surrounding area was available in the comprehensive information folder inside the lodge. Our stay was further enhanced by our hosts Ros and Ash who were only too happy to be available for any questions we had but equally happy to let us enjoy the most tranquil and peaceful break we've ever had ! Sitting in the hot tub of an evening taking in the wonderful surrounding views was first class. To summarise : we were so impressed with our hosts, the surrounding countryside and the 5* lodge we re booked for next year before we left !

Wonderful weekend at a spectacular lodge
I've stayed at this lodge twice in the past year and will be returning next year! The location is beautiful and peaceful. The furnishings are gorgeous, the kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for (and i mean everything), including tea and coffee which is a rare find. The gas fired bbq is at the back of the lodge while the hottub is at the front. Beautiful in the evening looking up at the stars. TV with netflix, prime etc and a Sonos speaker to play your favourite tunes. A 20 minute walk to Mhor 84 for a spot of lunch and centrally located to lots of wonderful places to visit for scenery and coffee. This is honestly the best lodge I have stayed in in Scotland. The owners are lovely, really helpful if there's a glitch (I couldn't get the bbq to work 🙄). They really do go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended 👌

Fantastic stay
We stayed in this beautiful lodge for a short break and loved every minute. The lodge is decorated to such a high standard and is equipped with everything you could need! It was spotlessly clean and cozy and felt like a home away from home. The beds are super comfy as well! Ros also checked in with us to make sure we had arrived safely and everything was ok with the lodge which was very much appreciated. The hot tub is lovely and private but still has a lovely view over the hills, added bonus with the glass canopy over the top as we were still able to enjoy when it was pouring with rain! We will definitely be returning very soon!
