Genaur Glyn is a very comfortable house set in an outstanding location on the edge of the University town of Lampeter. 2 minutes walk to supermarkets, shops, pubs and cafes. Set in an acre of organic gardens with panoramic views over the river Teifi and hills beyond. It has 2 bedrooms, both with flat screen TV's. A spacious, contemporary bathroom, large lounge with 3 sofas and a well equipped kitchen/ diner enjoying the fantastic views. There are many seating areas dotted around the extensive gardens for you to enjoy as well as a barbecue area.
