Don’t miss out, awesome

What can we say it’s Tenerife Royal Gardens, absolutely fantastic, the apartment offered by the owner Santa and her daughter Linda is gorgeous, super clean, well equipped and it’s own sun beds on the terrace. They both stayed in touch and was very helpful. We didn’t need the AC but it’s there if you do. We know the area quite well, supermarkets close by and so many restaurants to choose from, you could eat in a different one every day. Highly recommend 5 star. Ken & Penny

All round amazing-ness!!! Little hidden gem!!

This is by far the best appartment I have ever stayed in!! Firstly the location, it’s perfectly situated at the end of the golden mile strip and la vista beach/shopping centre. It is right on the corner of 2 bays given you the choice of 2 beaches and LOADS of restaurant and bars to suit any badget or requirement. There is loads of supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes and banks all around the appartment. The apartment it’s self is exactly as pictured. Very roomy with plenty of storage. The aircon is by far the best air conditioning I have ever had. Beautiful varanda situated right at the pool however with it been slightly to the side there was plenty of privacy. The pool area was amazing, super super clean and best of all no sun bed wars. You have the choice of 2 swimming pools and a baby area with all areas covered by a life guard. There was also small palm trees around pool meaning you can get to shade if needed. There is also a toilet and games area by the side of pool if required although we didn’t use them as we where so close appartment. The complex has 4 entrances and exits. One of which takes you directly onto beach front , we only found this a few days in and it made life so much easier. Lastly I must say a mention of how amazing Santa is as a host. She is the perfect mix of being available if needed but not living in our pockets. She txted me her mobile number on arrival and was available through out the holiday if needed. We have booked again for next year and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if in this area. I also have to say we used Admerial excursion to book both the whale watching trip and a volcano buggy tour( highly recommend) they where fab and give a great discription of what to expect. Also first love and friend’s restaurant where both fab, we visited them both twice in our holiday :D

Great apartment

This is the second time we’ve stayed in Santa’s apartment. Absolutely brilliant. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Santa was there to welcome us. Brilliant location. We’ve already booked again for next year.

Tenerife royal gardens 2022

Just back from 2 weeks staying at Tenerife Royal Gardens, the accommodation is in an ideal location on the beach front. We stayed in a private rental owned by Santa, this accommodation was spotless and everything we needed. Santa was very helpful and everything was straight forward with regards getting keys etc. The pool was right outside our door, it was quiet and their was plenty of sunbeds. Thank you Santa for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely stay there again.

Fabulous

An excellent location, 2 mins to beach and 5 mins to Safari centre. The apartment is spotless, the bed is very comfortable and the washing machine came in very useful. The complex is lively with a large pool and plenty of sun beds. The staff were meticulous in cleaning and making sure all surfaces were regularly sanitised. We enjoyed our two weeks so much that we extended our stay! Looking forward to coming back in 2021

Will definitely rebook

We can recommend this apartment to anyone, beautiful clean fresh and comfortable. It had its own WiFi which was really good. Personally for me the only negative I have is that the pillows were really poor, some decent memory foam pillows would have been fantastic for me. We love Royal Gardens and have been going there for many years, the swimming pools are bring refurbished, one is finished the other still has long way to go, shame the building works are not mentioned on the website. Don’t let this put you off it’s a fantastic place well worth a visit, we will be going back.

Excellent

We stayed in Santa's apartment from 4th to 11th October 2019. TRG is a lovely complex to stay in and really central for all the restaurants and pubs. The apartment has everything we needed for your stay and the shower is fabulous, the sun was on the terrace from first thing in the morning until night time. Santa was on hand if we needed anything and she picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off which was a nice addition to our holiday. We will definitely be booking this apartment in the future. Thanks Santa & Linda for for first class service. Alison Hunter

Fabulous

Have just returned from a week in this apartment. From start to finish it was fantastic .Santa picked us up from the airport and also did the return journey. Apartment was in a fantastic location and had everything you needed for a great holiday. Can’t recommend it highly enough .

whats to not like about it

Superbly positioned right by lovely beach. Numerous places to eat and drink ranging from 1 euro to 6 or 7 euros a pint, meals from 10 euros for 3 c ourses to any silly money you may want to pay. Taxi fares reasonable and plenty of them, shopping on the expensive side but bags of quality.As regards to TRGardens have stayed in a couple without any trouble at all and would recommend them,pool areas are very inviting with kiddies pool, loads of sun beds, everywhere clean and tidy----------not quite heaven but not far off, hope to be seeing plenty more of the place in the near future.

1st class apartments, central location of everywhere, easy access to bus routes. The apartment was very clean, amenities in and around were also very good. The only point would be that an upgrade of kitchen utensils be done. But hey a small issue. If you intend to do self catering, the supermarket near by are reasonable, but there is another one about a ten minute walk and up 70 steps this supermarket has everything and half the local price and good quality(Merciane) enjoy
