My wife and I have have been in this apartment for seven weeks and have enjoyed it enough to pre book for next year . The apartment is spacious and adequate for most needs ,the owner is friendly and is on hand if required. Unfortunately the hot tub is awaiting parts from the main land and couldn’t be used . There is a very limited amount of British tv on hand , fortunately we had an app on the tablet that we could cast to the tv , this was a must . The seating in the tv area could be better , after seven weeks we could have used something more comfortable . The bbq was great and used it quite a few times . The views are brilliant although while we were there the apartments next door were been knocked from together and was a bind at times . We Would recommend to most who don’t have mobility issues because of the stairs. Steve. York’s

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement avec une très grande terrasse et une vue magnifique. Accueil cordial, sympathique et attentif par le propriétaire. L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable et lumineux. Petit déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse très agréable en décembre avec la vue dégagée sur la Gomera. Epicerie, restaurant et plage sont à proximité et pas besoin de véhicule privé. Nous retournerons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement.

The location is perfect, the apartment is clean, the out door roof top terrace is perfect, the sun shines on the terrace all day. They have 2 rooms one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds but the bottom is OK for 2. Kitchen is very clean and you could cook anything all is there but we ate out a lot as so cheap to do so. Barbie for the terrace it is a great place. The booking was simple and Jean the owner always answered our emails and could have not been more helpful. Beautiful apartment and I would love to visit the apartment again very soon. Thank you for a lovely holiday it was this apartment that made my holiday. Thank you Jean!

Beautiful fun coloured apartment with a huge roof terrace. Bars, shops and restaurants are all close by. Good use of the pool area, its clean and tidy, Such a tranquil spot, watching the sun rise and set. I have already booked for later this year with Jean who is such a nice man, he speaks very good English. All in all a very enjoyable stay, here's to the next one!

My son and I stayed in Jean’s apartment last summer.We loved the space and privacy of the rooftop patio area.Apartment had everything you need on a holiday break.Very central near bars restaurants and short walk to the beach.Watching the sunset from your bar was just lovely.Jean was a great host and always available to help with any issues in fact was there to help carry my rather large case up the spiral staircase.We loved our stay so much we came straight home and booked again for this year.

Das Appartement ist so wie beschrieben, mit einem traumhaften Blick zum Meer (Sonnenuntergang) und bei guter Sicht auch zum Teide. Es ist auch ideal für alle die gerne ihre Privatsphäre haben, gerne Grillen und den Abend für sich genießen wollen - die riesige Dachterasse ist genial. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ebenfalls gegeben, sodass man auch mal für 1-2 Stunden hingegen kann. Man hat abends immer Musik von den Clubs, die Lautstärke passt. Der Gastgeber Jean ist sehr hilfsbereit, selbst wenn das Gas zum Grillen am Samstagabend ausgeht, steht am Sonntag eine neue Gasflasche bereit - Danke Jean! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I can only echo the previous reviews, it is a lovely roof top apartment. It has two bed rooms, one with bunk-beds a good size well equipped kitchen and sitting area. The best feature is the enormous roof terrace with views of the see and mountains, with everything you will need there. It is in a central location so in walking distance to all the amenities also it is surprisingly quite and you don’t feel overlook. Jean is very friendly and always on hand if you need anything. The only thing to take into consideration is the spiral stair case which may not suit everyone. We have been to playa de las Americas many time and stayed in hotels apartments and private rentals and can honestly say this is one of the best. Andy

We were so fortunate to be able to spend 6 weeks this year in this amazing roof top apartment, it could not be in a better location with easy access to all amenities and transport systems. A great choice of local beaches within walking distance, good restaurants, good bars, supermarkets, everything you could want in a self catering apartment with all the facilities within the apartment to ensure if you choose to and have nights in and cook or have a BBQ you have everything you need at hand. What makes this apartment even more special is the ever changing all round spectacular views over playas, the sea and the mountains and watching the spectacular setting of the sun every night. And finally in addition to all of this Jean the owner of the property and your host is such a lovely person who will give you a warm welcome when you arrive and will do everything he can to ensure you have an amazing holiday. We have been to Tenerife on many occasions and stayed in many hotels but this year we had the best holiday so much so we have booked again for next year.

Prima Penthouse Apartment mit großer Terasse. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Gerne komme ich wieder hier her. Die Wendeltreppe, die in den 4. Stock führt ist etwas eng, zumindest wenn man 6 Wasserflaschen und eine Einkaufstüte hoch tragen muss.
