Wonderful location for perfect vacation!!!
We spent 5 nights in this amazing location in the beautiful setting of the Chianti region, on top of a hill in the charming village of Lamole. The property is simply extraordinary, the view is breathtaking and both villas are fully equipped and comfortable. The hosts have been very welcoming and helpful at all times and we enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It is ideal both for family reunions and group of friends. We highly recommend it and will surely be back in the future.

Wonderful family vacation setting
Le Scuderie was a perfect place for our group.Our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren had a spacious apartment on the lower level, complete with two bedrooms, living area with fireplace, galley kitchen, dining room and washing machine. On the upper level there was more than enough space for my husband and I and a friend. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms to choose from. Here again there was a well-equipped kitchen and a great room with a large dining table plus seating around a fireplace.
The view from the villa was magnificent. We enjoyed wandering the grounds and seeing the view from all perspectives.
The location of the villa makes it an easy drive to Greve where we could grocery shop and purchase beautiful leather goods.The drive to Siena or Florence was also an easy one and there are many wineries in the area with delicious Chiati Classico.
When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the owners who were available to show us around and give us information about the villa and the area. When Gianna and Sandro learned that it was my birthday, they showed up with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of limoncello. Wonderful hospitality!

A Tuscan villa/palazzo to take your breath away
I selected Il Villino from the enchanting photos on its website, which seemed almost fantastical; your every imagining of what an Italian villa should be called to me. It surpassed my hopes and expectations!
From the sun-drenched kitchen with its original marble sinks and terrazzo floors to the grand 12-foot ceilinged tromp l'oeil painted bedrooms up a granite staircase, I was delighted at every corner to discover such artistry and craftsmanship.
The place was spotless and there were fresh flowers in every room when we arrived.
The estate offered many places to relax and enjoy and quiet and peaceful countryside of vineyards, olive groves in solitude. There is a lovely large pool past rows of fragrant lavender and blooming fruit trees.
Gianna and Sandro were the most generous of hosts, often coming to our door with gifts of freshly picked fruits and flowers from the formal gardens. Visually, this property is unsurpassed, with quintessential tuscan and florentine design elements to feast on at all times of the day.
And amid these original finishes and furnishings retaining its country charm, it has been updated where it counts to make a stay comfortable. The lovely bathrooms were all modernized and worked well, and the linens and towels were luxurious. The antique and original furniture in the bedrooms will make you stop and examine the quality and details of workmanship that is still alive today after over a hundred years.
I look forward to returning to tho paradise and I believe I have fallen in love with the tiny village of Lamole and Il Villino!

PRECIOSA VILLA EN TOSCANA
Mi familia y yo pasamos una semana en Le Scuderie, uno de las dos casas que constituyen el conjunto de Il Villino e le Scuderie, lmuy cerca de Greve in Chianti.
Verdaderamente, es un lugar excepcional. localizado en Lamole, una pequeña y tranquila población cercana a Greve in Chianti, rodeado de naturaleza, con sembrados de viñas, olivos y bosques naturales. El paisaje típico de la Toscana es bellísimo y su entorno muy tranquilo.
La localización es privilegiada, pues estan en un pequeño pueblo tranquilo y se encuentra cerca de muchos sitios de interés en la Toscana, que se pueden visitar fácilmente,
Las dos casas (Il Villino y le Scuderie) cuentan con todas las comodidades, conservando el ambiente y la decoración típica de la región.
Sus propietarios Gianna y Sandro, quienes viven en Florencia, son especialmente amables y están pendientes de que sus huéspedes disfruten su estadía al máximo.
En el pueblo de Lamole, a una corta de distancia de la casa, hay un excelente restaurante que puede visitarse a pie (se recomienda hacer reservación previa).
Es un lugar apropidado para grupos grandes o pequeños de personas, ya que se pueden rentar las dos casas o sólo una de ellas.
Le Scuderie cuenta con dos plantas y 5 habitaciones (3 en la planta Superior y dos en la inferior) y 5 baños completos. Cada planta tiene su cocina, salón y comedor, por lo que también puede rentarse sólo uno de los pisos para un número reducido de personas.
La propiedad tiene una piscina grande y agradable.
Verdaderamente, es un lugar que vale la pena visitar y disfrutar !

Another perfect holiday at Le Scuderie
It was our 5th time staying in Le Scuderie which says it all.
A beautiful property with a lovely big pool on a hill in Tuscany with lovely views.
There is plenty to do being between Florence and Sienna and the Chianti wine area. A delicious restaurant in Lamole and more in near by villages.
The property owners are lovely and welcoming.
We love it and will be going back again !!

Great accommodation- absolutely stunning gardens and landscape around it, perfect for a family or group event. The house is full of interesting rooms and artefacts. Be careful about when you book and weather. Its located at quite a high altitude so can be quite cloudy, cold and wet. We arrived on the 25th May in the middle of a thunder storm and the weather was a cool 10 degrees. The heating was broken in one of the houses which didn't help the sleeping arrangements. I've marking the comfort mark down because there was no heating working in Il Villino but generally its very good. I'd recommend going in July or august for a perfect holiday- gardens and pool are probably undersold as they are a big attraction and are magnificent- super for children. The near by restaurant in La Mole is good and in easy walking distance- lovely views over the Tuscany landscape. The drive up to the house from Greve is a bit of an ordeal but before you know it you're driving like a local. It can be nerve racking. Would we go back?- definitely.

A perfect tuscan holiday home!
A comfortable, family-style place in a beautiful setting, with all the amenities. Beautiful grounds and pool. Perfectly located near charming towns, wineries, restaurants, markets in the chianti region. Close to Siena, Florence. Charming and attentive hosts.

A beauty in Tuscany!
We stayed in Il Villino, the 3 bedroom villa for a week in June. The villa is situated in a gorgeous spot in Lamole, surrounded by orchards of grape and olive, and spectacular views. Nearby the villa are great hiking trails. We fell in love with the home and surrounding area. The grounds are so pretty and lovingly maintained, and Maria invited us to harvest the perfectly sweet cherries from a tree in the yard. The villa is comfortable and large, with everything you might need. Lastly it is conveniently located near Greve and Panzano, two great villages for market, restaurant and gelato. We will always remember this place!

Totally unique
We had a wonderful time. We loved the fireplace and since we did have a few days of rain we used it to sit by and sip wine and cheese. There were 6 adults and we all agreed it was a grand vacation spot. There is also a fantastic restrauant just steps away so no need to cook if you don't want to. The road is quite narrrow and many curves to reach IlVillino so if that's a problem this home would not be the best choice

Awsome Villa in Chianti ! I Loved l'affreschi in the rooms and
I always wanted to go to Italy and I am glad I choose this Villa ! its in the middle of all the hotspot locations so I did not have to travel out of the way to get to them (not to mention the wine tastings since in right in Chianti)!
The huge property was great, the views and l'affreschi were wonderful and the pool is nice and big. With all trees and flowers blooming it was really romantic. I can't wait to go back we had a great getaway :) thanks !
