The apartments locates at the beach-side of Quarteira, just along a purely walking promenade area. If you are fun of beach holidays then it is likely the best place to stay next to the shore line.
There are plenty restaurants and bars in the area, apparently few of them are resided right in the same building, at the ground level. It is convenient for visiting, but on the other hand you can smell some frying fish in the evening time during major restaurants activities, unless keeping the windows and the balcony doors shut.
Besides, make sure that windows and doors are closed during late evening time to avoid people noise coming from the lower bars - thanks there are conditioners in both bed-rooms, thus you can enjoy internal ventilation and cooling if the weather becomes really hot.
There are a few supermarkets nearby and a lovely bakery shop just in front of the entrance, with a huge selection of tasty local pastries.
The apartment condition is of high quality, clean, with a nicely designed rooms, and contains everything you would normally need in a day to day life.
The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of cutleries, plates, cups etc.
The view from the leaving room is magnificent as you can see a long shore line along with sunsets.
The owners are friendly and welcoming.
There are other activities in the local area, including large aqua park (Aquashow Park) in the short driving distance, boat trips to the famous caves from the marine that located close to Quarteira, paragliding etc.
If you don’t hire a car, Uber drivers is probably the most efficient and relatively cheap method of commuting locally as well as from/to airport.
You can even catch Uber in early morning, as we did for traveling to Faro airport, after recommended private taxi service failed to make a booked in advance pick up without any reason.
In general, the impression from holidays and accommodation was really good.
The only thing would improve it further if the ocean water temperature was higher (it was quite cold in the mornings but warmed a bit up in the afternoons).
