Lounge is equipped with sofas and armchairs, television, air conditioning and has patio doors leading out to terrace. Dining table only on terrace. Large beautiful terrace with stunning sea and coastal views. There is a covered area with dining table and chairs for outside dining. There is an open area equipped with sofa, armchairs and coffee table. Air conditioning in master bedroom and lounge Spanish Television WiFi connection Allocated parking space ( not covered) Access to the apartment There are 2 flights of steps to reach the entrance door of this apartment. 2 further flights of steps will take you to the top road where you will find the private allocated parking space. Entrance to apartment is on Calle España. Private parking is on Calle Bélgica Location If you click on the Google map you will find the exact location of this property in Mojacar Playa, Costa de Almería, Andalucía. This apartment is in a residential complex called Residencial Oasis and is located between the bottom road ( calle España) and the top road ( Calle Bélgica) There are 2 community swimming pools. This apartment is closer to the pool level with Calle España. Approximately 150 metres down Calle España you will find the main road with the beach and seafront promenade on the other side. This is the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities within walking distance and at the start of Ventanicas Beach, a long stretch of fine sand beach interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire. Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance. Fantastic 2 weeks break.

Absolutely loved our time in Casa Lupe, peaceful and quiet, been before and can recommend this property with beautiful views, amenities, amazing bus service and taxi service along with amazing restaurants and bars only 5 minutes away, choices are second to none as are the Spanish 🇪🇸 People. Highly recommended 😀👍

Casa Lupe apartment - Brilliant!

Booked it in july 2022 and it was beautiful! Crazy nice ocean view, not much of disturbing noices from around especially Lua which is a club close to the apartment. But everything was nice! Good quality of furniture on the well spaced balcony. The inside was recently painted and clean! The aircondition was well functioned! The apartment is close to the beach, and thats very positive if you like beach life! The pools were also nice, easy to locate. The neighboors in the residence were polite and nice to us. So if it is something you can tell them or ask them! Everything was clean, the kitchen was nice but we used the grill on the outside most of the times we made food. If you are young the clubs arent too far from the apartment! Just a little walk and you are right there! Restaurants around alsp nice, little walk of 5-15 minutes to several restaurants with good quality and good service! If you bring a rental car like I had, you will have very more freedom to get to places! I will strongly recommend this apartment! For every occasion: family friendly, for young boys and girls, if you just want some beach and quiet time for yourself or with partner. It was nicely priced to what we got!

Case Lupe

Nice sized apartment, in need of a little tic, great sea views. The steps up to the 2nd floor are a bit of a killer. Downside no sun beds around the pool apparently because the apartments are residential

Not worth the money

Building work with 8am noise and crane blocking the view. Kitchen poorly equipped, no kettle, very little worktop. General condition dirty. Some equipment broken, beach umbrella. Although booking made several months in advance we could not gain access till 7pm. 50 Euros compensation paid, but very inconvenient. General advice look elsewhere for your accommodation. Description of lounge / diner strange as dinning table is outside on the balcony.

Wonderful 2 bed apt with amazing terrace....

Just spent a lovely week in Casa Lupe ....apt.has great location overlooking the sea...a few mins walk from restaurants and beachbars etc. . Apt. has access to two swimmimg pools, and also has private parking.... Everything you need for a happy holiday!
