Location conforme au descriptif. Très confortable et bien équipée. Jolie attention de la part de Cindy qui nous avait laissé de l'eau en bouteille, de lait et de gâteaux. Un conseil faites vos courses chez Eroski avant 20h30...ouvert même le dimanche. Pour les restaurants allez à Porto Petro ou Calonge...restaurants au Top.

Cindy has thought of everything - all those small touches makes all the difference. It was truly like a home from home! Really did not want to leave!!! We were in the 2 bed garden apartment which was perfect and the whole complex was lovely. Cindy is very quick if you need to text her with questions - we didn't look properly for the wifi and had to text to ask about it and had reply within 5 minutes. We have stayed in the bigger complex across the road from this one and I must say this smaller complex is so much nicer and very secure. I had asked if we could gain entry before the allotted time as our flights get in early, I was assured that if no one was leaving the apartment the morning of our arrival,as the cleaner would need to be there to clean, we could gain early entry. We were given a big bottle of water, some milk and of course some cakes too , which was lovely. We have stayed in villas for the past 8 years and this is the first time this has happened. I would definitely book again.

We stayed here in May 2018 with 2 adults and 2 children aged 5. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything possible was available including extra bedding, towels and even some water, milk, coffee etc for our arrival. Had very good instructions from Cindy before we got there and therefore a very easy check in as we found the keys easily etc. The complex is excellent, small, safe and very child friendly. Shared the pool occasionally with some other guests who were very nice, local food was good and spent some days on the local beach which was lovely! Hired a car which could be parked in the complex. Make sure you visit Palma Aquarium as it’s amazing! Everything was lovely, easy, relaxing and clean. It’s the second time we have stayed in this complex and we will definitely be back again. Beautiful ,very clean apartment it had everything we needed and more.The owners are exceptionally thoughtful we had a late flight and they made sure we could have a cup of tea/coffee with a biscuit or a cake when we arrived which we very much appreciated we will hopefully be back in October

We had a wonderful time this year at Casa Kirbs. Everything you needed was there. We arrived to a very clean apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious. We will definitely book again. We had the choice of 2 pools and table tennis which both my daughters loved. We we're very centrally located so we visited lots of different beaches. All in all a wonderful holiday.

Casa Kirbs 2 apartment is gorgeously decorated and has everything you could want while you are on holidays - I could actually live there! Both the apartment itself and the complex are very clean and well kept. We stayed here with my parents. There are 2 separate bedrooms, and also a fold out camp bed if there are 5 of you. Cala D'or marina is around 10 minutes walk away, we had lovely morning walks down there. Weather was great even in October 😎 going home to UK weather afterwards wasn't so good though! We bbq'd a couple of nights, there is a really good supermarket called 'Eroski' in the street beside the apartment, it has everything you need and is very reasonably priced. The grounds are secured, you will need a pin code to enter which the owner emails to you when you book. The apartment has a safe too. There are car parking spaces if you want to rent a car (carpark is also secure), we did and found driving in majorca very easy. The roads are good quality and people drive sensibly (unlike what we found in the Canary Islands!) We lay by the pool most days, there's a shallow one for the kids and there are loads of sun loungers. We found the pool very clean. The pool area was relaxing, I was able to have a wee power nap in the sun 😉 There we also lots of wee beaches close by - 3 or 4 I think we found. All in all we loved our stay here and will definitely book again for next year.
