We are a senior couple who love the Keauhou area. This place feels like your home. I was worried about not having air conditioning and being on 3rd floor but those worries were all for not. Such a beautiful breeze. The pool never gets very crowded and is kept very clean. PROS 1. Kona Vacation Rentals was amazing to work with. On our first day we realized this condo has no BBQ and we had bought a whole beef tenderloin at Costco. The owners of the condo did not want to purchase a small BBQ (NOTE this is the only unit that does not have a BBQ). We BBQ every night and that is the only thing wrong with this unit. The owner of Kona Vacation Rentals went above and beyond and purchased a tabletop BBQ, propane and a table on their own and set it up. God bless this company. They made our stay. A big thank you to Craig, Andrew and the whole family. The ice dispenser on fridge broken and Andrew brought us 3 ice cube trays. 2. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, 2 large beach towels and 3 body boards 3. Kitchen is well stocked. Keurig, toaster (brand new) plenty of ice packs, blender, mixmaster, food chopper, coffee grinder, crock pot, cheese grater, spices. The stove is a Kitchenaide induction with an air fryer. 4. A first aid kit was in the master bath, as well as a hair dryer. 5. Stunning lanai ocean views. 6. Bed comfortable CONS 1. NO BBQ 2. Carpet in bedroom is filthy 3. Traffic noise and birds chirping early morning and the garbage truck coming at 6am. CONCLUSION Pack lightly. Bring plenty of sunscreen, and enjoy. Would highly recommend booking with Kona Vacation Rentals.
