Fabulous Accomodations
We stayed at Kolea Condo 9E for one week, and we wish we didn't have to leave. The spacious condo was beautifully laid out with two separate bedroom / bathrooms so each party felt like they had their own private suites. The high end appliances and kitchen tools were so handy, along with the quick walk to the Queens Market to get supplies to enjoy your time in and out of the condo. The beach and snorkeling equiptment were also very great quality, and made our trip that much easier. The beautiful pool was private and quiet, a quick walk through the lava marsh to get to the beach, and further down to the Lava Lava beach club made for family fun. Happy hour on the deck or at the beach club, hard to decide and then the sunset show every night was spectacular. We would definitely want to come back to this condo and would recommend to anyone.

Look no further!
My husband and I are frequent visitors to the big island, this past visit was our 6th one. We are super picky about where we stay as we mostly do all of our activities in the daytime and then spend the evenings cooking, watching the sunset, and enjoying wine. (sometimes a quick walk to Lava Lava for good food and an amazing beachfront dining experience, or a formal dinner at the Hilton for a special occasion). Mostly we love to cook and relax in the evenings. We love having beautiful, convenient, and comfortable condo's to stay in to especially enjoy our evenings. Our favorite stay is Kolea, hands down the best condo units on the big island for the $. What we love the most is the direct beach access, the beautiful lanai's (with patio doors the slide into the walls) with the best built in bbq's for grilling. Peggy's condo's are all super well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and most often some staples in the kitchen to start you out. Peggy is AMAZING to deal with and we hope she continues to purchase properties around the world so that planning our future holiday's become much more simple for us! Kolea 9 E is not directly on the front row of condos but does have a partial view between buildings of the sunset and water on the lanai. The beds are amazingly comfortable. You won't be disappointed. All around excellent condo to stay in no matter your age. Thank you Peggy !!

Great place to stay
2nd time we have been in 9E! We really love it here due to proximity to pool and A bay. A bay is nice and calm which is perfect for small kiddos, lots to do and snorkeling you usually see lots of fish. Close proximity to groceries and shopping, plus a short drive to other great beaches in the area. Mahalo for sharing your place!

Great facility
Beautiful grounds, nice pool with 10 minute walk to a quiet lagoon. Condo had everything we needed including water toys for our 3 yr old grandbaby. Conviently close to King's and Queen's market place. Great for adults with or without kids.

Five Star stay...
Peggy’s condo was the best we have ever stayed at. Everything that you could think of was available in the condo as well as anything that you would use outside from bikes to golf clubs to snorkeling gear. The pool was fantastic and the short beach walk to Lava Lava was a daily walk. Don’t miss booking this condo whenever on The Big Island....

Great family friendly Apartment - very well equipped
The apartment is very well equipped with the best equipped kitchen we had during our travels - with three coffee makers and even rubs and oils etc. for the BBQ. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Perfect accommodation for a great vacation!
The condo at Kolea Circle (9E) is well appointed, and spectacularly maintained. The condo has an espresso machine, food processor, coffee maker, and more. Whether you want to cook on the induction cook top, back in the oven, or grill on the balcony, you find the place not only well equipped to do any kind of in-suite activities, but also readily equipped with outdoor gear such as boogie boards, diving equipment, beach towels, etc. It's short walk to the pool (which is amazing) which abuts a small nature lagoon, private beach, and beach front gym right on the sand. (I saw a sea turtle right after reading the sign explaining that I might see a sea turtle.) It was awesome! It was extremely comfortable for our family of four...board games, TVs in every room, and near by shopping and the highway. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect

Amazing condo in Kolea Beach Club area
The condo has everything you will ever need in it in a great location. Located in a great location on the Big Island (central to many beaches, grocery store close by, 2 minutes to the pool/beach club area and then another minute from there to A-beach) in a picturesque setting, the condo was perfect. The pictures are accurate - it really is that beautiful! The condo has any kitchen appliance/device you could want, comfortable beds, beach toys/chairs/umbrella, snorkel gear in a variety of sizes, and a very responsive owner. We would come back in a minute!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location close to beach and beautiful pool
The location is wonderful, just a few steps from beach, beautiful pool and a short walk to stores and restaurants. Beds and linens so comfortable. Super clean. Beach toys galore. Kitchen and outdoor grill have everything you need.
