This is an amazing 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor unit with plenty of space.It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out.Its has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio.It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough.It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun.The condo is set on a beautiful golf course, with tennis courts ,pools, spas and a fitness room.The spectacular beach is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.We have Unlimited Phone Calls any where in the United States and Canada. The Waikoloa Resort has 18 restaurants that range from " Toes in the sand" to ocean fine dining.Lots of shopping within walking distance ranging from local clothing to gift boutiques to Macy's resort store.Tiffany's Tommy ...

Piece of Paradise
This condo was elegant yet simplistic. It had all the amenities we needed and looked for without the hustle and bustle of a well known location. This was truly a gem and would definitely recommend to friends and family. I'd like to thank the owner Martin for a spectacular stay and their heart warming kindness. Much mahalos 🤙

Outstanding location for this wonderful well appointed roomy condo with the necessities for a fun vacation provided
Can't express how perfectly the location and the accommodations of this beautiful condo fit our desires. We had a great week staying here in large part because the condo provided such comfort and all the beach accessories one could image for a fun day at the ocean. We'd stay here again in a heart beat!

Look no further, this place has everything!
The location, amenities, cleanliness and comfort of this condo made it our favorite stay while in Hawaii. The condo is beautifully decorated, super comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need on your stay. We loved sitting outside in the early morning enjoying our Kona coffee on the lanai before heading out to explore the island. From the condo, It's a quick drive to Hapuna beach, one of the best family beaches on the island and an easy drive to beautiful, more secluded beaches worth hiking into. We really appreciated the outdoor hose to wash off our gear and feet. Also, having snorkel fins and body boards available made the experience even better. It meant we didn't need to pack our own fins which take up valuable space in the luggage and the kids had the boards to play with and enjoy at the beach. Those are the thoughtful extras that made our trip even better. We cooked all of our meals in the condo and were impressed with the available cookware, Tupperware, and serving ware. We really can't say enough. It was perfect for our family.

Quiet and relaxing vacation spot
We rented this Condo for a one week sty on the Big Island and we could not have made a better choice. Waikoloa isa great vacation spot, quiet and somewhat secudled and yet close enough to Kailoa to have fun and enjoy the night life. This Condo was perfectly situated with abundant amenities and a fabulous view of the volcano. From our perfect location we were able to take easy day trips to Kilo and to Volcanoes National Park and then still have time for a nice relaxing evening, either at dinner or on the beach or by the pool. The unit was spotless upon our arrival and having breakfast on the patio was the perfect start to each day. I highly recommend this unit and the care and pride the owners take in maintaining the unit is obvious.

Wonderful Condo on the Big Island
This is a lovely, well-equipped condo in Waikoloa Shores on the Kona coast. A beautiful pool and hot tub, tennis courts and golf course are just outside, and some of the best beaches and snorkeling on the island are just minutes away. Everything you need for a day at the beach comes with the condo, and the owner is terrific to deal with. We are repeat guests, and highly recommend it.

Perfect!
This was our second stay here, and we’re already booked for next year! This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The owners have made sure that it’s well stocked from the kitchen to beach gear. The location is ideal. Very quiet, but within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Owners are fabulous to deal with.

Absolutely gorgeous Condo!
This Condo is very warm, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owner (Martin), is very kind and helpful, doing everything possible in advance of stay to ensure you get most out of the stay.
A lot of helpful info. in condo to navigate the area and know all dining, shopping, and activity options in the area. he truly cares about not only their condo, but their guest as well. Would definitely recommend and return.

Wonderful condo
The condo is fantastic, really well laid out in great condition and very spacious it feels much bigger than any other 1 bed accommodation. The condo contains everything you might need in terms of kitchen equipment, cooking supplies and a great selection of beach equipment.
The booking process and communications with Martin were fantastic and very easy. I’d highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to booking again

Beautiful Resort Condominium
We had a wonderful time at Waikoloa resort and this condo. The location was perfect, with easy access to stores, beaches and great snorkeling locations. The unit was beautiful inside and had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed every minute of the stay and would pick this unit on our next visit. The owner was great, and even provided a very nice write-up of things to do nearby and around the island. Great place - highly recommend it!!

Great Condo!
The condo was amazing. It was large, very clean and well stocked. The location was excellent. Very quiet near all amenities. Can easily walk to shopping, restaurants and ocean. Great parking too. Pool and grounds very well maintained. Highly recommended!
