Our third trip to Honu Place and we'll keep coming back!
#1: location: Keawakapu beach--a wonderful long walking beach and wonderful swimming beach (calm in sections, beginner body surfing in other sections, and even snorkeling sections). It's also close to the stunning Makena Beach.
#2: value: You cannot beat the price for what you get! Ocean view, walk across the street to the beach, private lanai.
#3 the details: Susan has thought of everything and keeps Honu Place in beautiful shape, which makes our trip so enjoyable. The kitchen, baths (the extra half bath is not only a little luxury, it's the only one like it this condo complex), the master bedroom, and the floors are my favorite features. The kitchen is the best stocked, most well organized rental kitchen I've cooked in. Here's a short list of some of the details I appreciate: French press, coffee grinder, salad spinner, well maintained pots and pains, oodles of well organized containers, including lightweight containers (no plastic waste!), ice packs, coolers including backpack coolers, metal water bottles, reusable grocery bags, and many items we don't have to buy and waste by using just a little bit (condiments, olive oil, vinegars, spices, laundry soap, etc.).
