Relax in our Beautiful Cozy Cottage in the woods with forest setting and only 1 1/2 miles from charming Weaverville where folks come from all over to visit our antique, pottery and art shops. We offer a variety of good restaurants too… pizza to gourmet. Settle in and rest a spell enjoying cool mountain breezes on the antique wicker porch swing or the soothing wicker rocker. After a hike on our lovely property, where you’ll see lots of wildflowers in the spring and gorgeous foliage in the fall, you may want to visit Asheville and the Biltmore, only 20 minutes away. Retreat to your 800 square foot cozy cottage setting with vaulted ceiling and "mood-setting:" electric fireplace in the gorgeous great room. Comfortable, cozy cottage was perfect
We loved this cozy spot in Weaverville. The property is beautiful, nestled back in the woods. There are hiking trails on the property and two fire pits. The cottage is very well appointed and comfortable. Though it seemed like a world away while nestled in the woods, it is very close to West Asheville, Candler and the little town of Weaverville. The hostess, Janie, was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this for a nice getaway.

Absolute perfect getaway for our anniversary!
Quite, clean and cozy. wonderful host with awesome watch dog Ziggy! Just minutes from great food and just 20 minutes to Biltmore.
Would book again!!

Wow! This is the place to stay
My husband and I stayed 4 nights. The owners Janie and John were very friendly, told us to help ourselves to the property and let them know if we needed anything. There is a Zen Casita with a hammock and 2 swinging rope chairs overlooking the forest. Two fire pits and an 18 acre private woods with a looping trail for a peaceful walk through the woods. The cabin was very clean with a comfortable bed and a full kitchen. Big screen TV and electric fireplace in the living room. The private front porch complete with porch swing was a great place to relax, talk, and enjoy the sound of the crickets at night. It is a 15 minute drive through backroads to Downtown Asheville and a 10 minute drive to an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Ingles grocery store is 10 minutes away to get provisions. Though the owners live in a separate house on the property, you would never know they were there. Cute little downtown Weaverville was 5 minutes away and had some good restaurants and pottery shops.
I would definitely recommend this cozy cabin in the woods. You will be happy you stayed here.

Just like it says!
My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at this cute Cottage! It has all you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Janie our host was available if we needed anything and she definitely has an eye for details. There was a bottle of wine for us, chocolates on our pillows and super cute his & her bathrobes! It’s beautiful & secluded yet close to everything! We give this property a 5, and would definitely visit again! Thank You for sharing your sweet “Cozy Cottage”!

An ABSOLUTE wonderful stay
What an ABSOLUTE wonderful cottage. I came to NC alone to hike each day for a week, and coming home to the cottage was perfect. The owners are very gracious, communicating kindly. The cottage was clean and warmly decorated, having all amenities to make it a perfect stay. I loved enjoying the firepit every evening after long hikes and I felt so safe and secure in the cozy mountain home. I will definitely return and honestly cannot express enough, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful cottage.

The cozy cabin in the woods in Westerville NC was as described by previous reviewers. Very cozy and clean. A very nice hiking trail right outside the door. A lovely porch with swing to enjoy the morning quiet. The hosts left welcoming bottle of wine and other goodies to make us feel welcome. The only thing missing was the hosts themselves. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to meet them as they were travelling.
The location was in a terrific spot, private, yet easy access to stores and restaurants within a mile. We ventured to Asheville and Hendersonville both easy trips.
We decided to shorten our stay due to an interruption in Internet Service. No TV no internet.
We contacted the hosts and they were extremely sorry about our situation. They were too far away to be able to do anything. We feel that this was just an unfortunate situation that could happen anywhere anytime. The hosts offered to make it up to us which was really appreciated. We are most sorry we didn’t get a chance to meet them as I feel all of the positive things we read about them being lovely people was true. We do recommend a stay at this property if you are in the area.

We are so very sorry that there was a glitch in the internet and DirectTV service. Turns out it was a minor issue and repaired the same day you lest. Unfortunately, you left early. We hope we can make it up to you in a return visit.

Perfect Stay
The cottage was comfortable, quaint and a great launching point to Asheville and Mt Mitchell. Our hosts were helpful and thoughtful, leaving us a delicious bottle of wine and a birthday card for my wife despite my only casually mentioning it. Fifty feet from the front porch we were visited by two does as we enjoyed our wine. We also enjoyed our morning coffee out there, taking in the smell of pine and the sounds of birds and squirrels at play. If you want can great place in the woods that sacrifices none of the amenities, I encourage you to consider this place first for your Asheville vacation.

"Just what we needed!"
This adorable cottage was in the perfect location for us, and it had everything we needed for comfort and relaxation. We spent our days exploring Asheville, Weaverville and Black Mountain, but didn't want to leave the cottage in the evenings due to the porch swing, firepit, and the quiet of a beautiful woods. Thank you Cozy Cottage for a special experience.

Perfect mountain cottage
My husband and I spent a few days at the Cozy Cottage. Quiet location, but close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Comfortable bed. Wonderful porch to sit and drink coffee. Walking trail out the door. Close to Asheville and the Parkway. A perfect place to stay! Thank you, Janie; we hope to return!
