Solid place in the East village. Lots of nice local coffee shops and bars around and just a couple blocks away from the subway station. Yes it is small, but it’s New York so what do you expect. Only problem is the pipes do make a loud noise like someone is hitting it with a hammer. But other than that a great time in a nice area.

Great apt. Great area. Good host. The apt is cute and charming. We arrived early and the host let us go in. Many restaurants around. Close to the subway.

The apartment is very dark and the bedrooms very small. One with a semi double bed without windows At 8 in the morning they put on the central heathing that makes a terrible noice. The neighbourhood was marvelous.

Brooklyn is just one station away. Owner is hospitable and easy to work with. would come back. Due to the challenging to control the temperature, showers can be a little frustrating, but I suppose there is an easy fix.

What a great place, nice and cozy apartment, very quiet, because it is in the back away from the street, the pipes make noise 2 or 3 times a day, but you get used to it. Everything was clean and we felt like going home every day. And the area is great. Good restaurants and bars and places to buy groceries, wine, bread. This was great and a little out of midtown. Underground just around the corner. We will hopefully be back sometime.

I know it sounds a bit offish but truly don’t be be the district was fine more than fine.i was a bit afraid when the taxi pulled up at the apartment and was looking around but it was great. It had a lovely coffee shop 2 doors down, a dry cleaners and laundry around the corner who done my washing and dry cleaning within 24hrs what more could you ask for the apartment was great considering you literally sleep there well that’s what we did up and out early each morning and late back each night so much to do in New York lots of supermarkets and deli shops and we found a fabulous Indian restaurant a couple of blocks away. There was everything in the apartment you needed JT the owner was there to let us know what to do and where to go. Plenty of towels plenty of hot water. Nice and clean fridge/freezer. I was not disappointed with this apartment.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de una parada de metro. Andando llegas dando un paseo a cualquier sitio. Lo que deja mucho que desear es la limpieza. No estaba muy limpio. Polvo, telarañas... y es mucho mas viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos. Además habia algún que otro bichillo ( cienpies, arañas, roedores..)

We spend almost an entire month in this apartment, and we really liked the place, especially the location. Many nice coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was very nice

Nice apartment in a good area. It's called the east village. A lot of restaurants, bars, small unique shops...the apartment was comfortable for the 4 of us. The apartment was clean and everything functional. Good value for money. Subway is very close. Brooklyn is one stop from the apt. Owner was responsive to our questions. If I'll go to NYC again I would come back.
