Merci Neil pour l'accueil sympathique.L'appartement est très confortable et idéal par rapport au centre ville. Rapport qualité prix très bien. Nous comptons revenir moi et mes amies en période d'été pour profiter du jardin. Neil chante aussi. A très bientôt.

This is a really nice apartment, very nicely furnished throughout. It was a bit like being in one of those IKEA show rooms, with lots of touches and details everywhere. It was clean and comfortable, with a superbly equipped kitchen. The bathroom was comfortable, and the owner supplied us with plenty of towels. Parking was right outside - never a problem. The terrace is a nice place to sit and reflect on the day. There was a little bit of a problem with noise coming from another flat, but nothing major. One our first night we awoke at 3am because the people downstairs were singing 'We are the world' at the top of their voices, but they were quiet after that. Brittany was lovely, particularly hiking the coastline. Recommended.

Well appointed apartment situated within a short distance of central Morlaix with ample parking space on adjacent road. Nice park opposite. There is a large garden at the rear sadly the weather during our visit was not good. We found Neil the owner very helpful

What a find - excellent location 5 minutes walk from town but quiet & peaceful. Large first floor one bedroom apartment, with comfortable terrace overlooking the garden; very well equipped with everything you could possibly need (although we did request an extra pillow which was provided immediately). Neil (the owner) was most welcoming & so easy to get on with we felt we'd known him for years. Thank you Neil, we'd certainly try to book again if in the area & would highly recommend to anyone wanting a home from home in Morlaix. Thanks also to Chrissie who helped me with my French!

A lovely flat in easy walking distance of the centre of Morlaix. Two issues only. One is soundproofing but Neil, who is a really helpful and kind owner, has accepted constructive criticism and will be ensuring the sounds of Faouds lovely family, will not intrude in future. He will add a soundproofed door. The other is it could do with a woman's touch to ensure the cleaning is up to standard. Once this is sorted, it's a gem! We were there during French school holiday and the flat is next door to a largish school but I understand that's only an issue at the start and end of the school . If you need a comfortable quite base close to Morlaixs great resteruants and markets, you couldn't do better.

Spent a most enjoyable holiday at Gites de Daumesnil. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and the owner Neil was most helpful to us. Although only a short distance from the town centre it was very quiet and we particularly enjoyed the large sunny terrace.

this apartment is perfect , so near from city center and well equipped . The owner is very friendly and obliging so much that we will keep this address in our mind for future stay
