Amazing Nordic stay in Grindavik!

Amazing stay. We were in #8, closest to the water front. #9 and #10 also water front. # 1,2,3 are further back from water. Very quaint, clean, and everything we needed. Be sure and drive 3 minutes over to Herastubbur bakery for some Kleina!! The ham and Swiss on poppy seed is the best ever! Very private area. We will be back!!

Thoughtfully designed & appointed made this a great stay

This place might be small, but it is well laid out & well appointed. For a one night stay, it was great for our family of 4 & very clean. It is a great location if you're coming from the airport & want to visit the Blue Lagoon. The owner has thought of everything to make this a great place to stay for a fair price. Also, the view is amazing!

Ottima posizione e molto curata

La casa è ideale per 2 persone, risulta un po' piccola per 4 persone, ma è nuova e si vede. è organizzata molto bene e con tutto quello che serve anche per 4. è perfetta per andare alla laguna blu e poi ripartire il giorno dopo, o per esplorare la penisola di Reykjanes

Amazing place to stay!!!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! Amazing location and close to the blue lagoon! They even left us a bottle of champagne and handwritten note to congratulate us on our honeymoon. We stayed at multiple hotels while in Iceland and this one was the best by far! The staff is super thoughtful and sweet!

Don't stay here in the winter months

We just returned from Iceland and stayed here for 3 days. First of all they do not clean the snow and ice well so the path to the cabin was extremely icy and dangerous. we could barely make it to the cabin without falling down and hurting ourselves. It was so bad that we could not bring our big suitcase in fear that we may fall and break our back. I called the office and told this lady to have someone put salt and clean up and they never bothered or did so nominally. The path was still treacherous the next day and we had to walk on the snow on the other side which was a bit less risky. The Wifi really sucked inspire of rebooting several times. The signal was low. Overall my opinion is that it may be a nice place to stay int he summer but please do not rent this during the winter months because of lack of service.

A hidden gem

Harbour View Grindavik is a unique and great place to stay. Everything about what I refer ti as a time home exceeded all expectations. The view of the harbor from the large windows was unbelievable and the cleanliness was exceptional. If you are looking tk stay in Grindavik, you best get a reservation at Harbour View. I certainly will stay here again.

Perfect, cozy hut!

I really wanted to stay in a little hut type accommodation and this did not disappoint! We had such a wonderful evening, the hut was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed walking around on the nearby trails viewing the shipwrecks and enjoying coffee in the marina. The couch was very comfortable too and we enjoyed making the provided hot chocolate and watching a movie with the marina view in the background. We had a flight the next afternoon and the location was perfect to head straight over to Keflavik. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect location and warm houses.

Great overnight staying. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Great view in rainyweather and a storm. So nice to stay inside with cacoa drink and a waffle in a cozy sofa with a wool blanket and pillows.

Splendide casette nella tranquilla Grindavik

Una bellissima sorpresa. Queste casette con vetrate grandissime e accessoriate con qualunque cosa serva per essere autonomi. Pulizia ottima, la ragazza dello staff gentile e disponibile essendo venuta apposta a salutarci. Alla sera un clima e un relax davvero unici. Caldo e accogliente, quello che ti aspetti da una struttura in Islanda. Grazie
