Each with Private Entrance, Bedroom, Living, Kitchen/Bath, parking.... 12 foot ceilings, Hardwoods, leaded glass, great light, totally furnished, totally private, off-street park for one vehicle, 2 blocks to Little Five Points (20 restaurants, lots retail, markets, grocery) and ATL Beltline 2 blocks North to Freedom Parkway! Walk 10 min to MARTA train or Drive/Uber 10 min downtown ATL Bedroom has two queen size beds and one pull-out twin sofa. There is a pullout sleeper queen AND two twin roll-away beds. Portable Crib and Laundry if you give me pre-arrival notice. There's a great outside porch dining area right outside your back door AND your front door. Plenty of walking-to destinations; walk 10 min walk to MARTA train (Candler Park Station). 8 Min walk to 5 bars, 20 restaurants, Sevananda grocery and cleaners, tailors, retail, vintage shopping!! Pets OK, $15 each, per stay (not per night), plenty of good walking around!! Guest access Besides the apartment, there is a front porch with great neighborhood watching and sunsets, also a back porch right outside your door. Laundry room is in the cellar (i need 24 hour notice to get you laundry access). You have one marked parking space in the backyard. Plenty of street parking. You Tube video search "Private Apt #2 in Grand 1908 House" HOUSE MANUAL ---- HOUSE RULES It has been a crazy couple years. If any of your party violates these Rules, you agree to leave immediately. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING property, not anywhere on this property. DOOR CODE is in our website message string. If you call us for code, address , parking, access, I will insist you find Manual/Rules in your Itinerary on the website. CHECK-IN after 3 pm. CHECK-OUT before 11am. Unless we have explicitly agreed in website messages otherwise. GUESTS-Only the number you booked allowed on property. No exceptions. PARK- Never, Never block driveway. Not for a moment to load or unload. 1 vehicle per apt parks in back, only in space labelled #2 and back all the way in. Notice wood dividing lines embedded in brick that show the space. 4 other vehicles need their spaces. If someone is in your spot, park on street and message Scott on website right away. Park only in space marked #2. ACCESS - Your entry point is front porch of house facing street, enter Door Code in keypad on front double doors. Inside, look for door marked #2. Same code goes in lockbox on doorframe. Always leave one key in lockbox. QUIET HOURS 9 pm-9 am- but very civilized behavior is expected all times. Music should not be heard outside your apt. This is NOT the party place. PET OWNERS - Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds without sheets from the labelled bucket in your closet or hallway. The $15 per pet (per stay) fee does not apply to carpet/furniture/bedding cleaning. Please use sheets in bucket if your pets are couch surfers! If cleaners have to wash or vacuum any blankets/duvets/throws/furniture- that extra charge will go to you. WIFI- network/password on House Manual on fridge (maybe side of fridge) CHECKOUT- do your own DISHES, turn OFF heat/air, LOCK windows and doors, LEAVE both keys in lockbox GO forth and do good work!
