We stayed in this apartment in July for 2 weeks and it was superb. Loads of space inside and on the terraces. The communal pools and gardens were really nice and well looked after. Beach is a short walk and there are bars and a supermarket locally.

What an amazing apartment. Everything was spotless and tidy, everything was provided that we needed. The location was perfect and the pools were awesome. Great views of Denia from the terrace. Tristen and Isabelle were extremely friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be booking again.

Good experience from beginning to end. The property is beautiful and clean. My family stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every night. The owner was quick to answer questions. The location was perfect for a walk to the beach, walking to downtown and getting groceries. We had a car, but a car is not needed. The terraces were perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, dining and stargazing. The grounds of the area are well maintained; grass areas and pools were very nice. The beach is an easy walk, 3 blocks away. Restaurants are across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Location conforme à la description, proche belle plage de sable , à 20 bonnes minutes du centre de Denia . Accueil par Isabel agréable , propreté irréprochable . La terrasse en duplex est un plus , la piscine de la résidence est bien fréquentée. Entre 15h et 17h c’est idéal car les Espagnols font la sieste . Je recommande sans soucis cette location .

We spent four weeks in this fantastic place and could easily been longer! The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and we were delighted to find a well stocked fridge on arrival. Air condition in all rooms and quiet surroundings at night. The sundeck and big terrace is great with mostly a wooden deck (I like to walk barefoot), a large BBQ and dining area, and great views to the Montgo and the sea. The garden and the pool area was always well kept and clean. Wifi also worked well the whole time. The nearby area has several good restaurants, both across the street and along the main road. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and with reasonable prices. The nearby beach has a long stretch of sand in both directions and is also beautiful for a late night walk under the moonlight! Last but not least, Tristan and his companion are superb! Readily available and very accommodating in all respects. They always did their best to make sure everything was ok, and even took us out for some great company and an excellent food experience! Everything comes highly recommended!

A great apartment - v modern & well decorated with a super big fridge. 3 beds & 2 bathrooms. The terraced outside area is excellent with a superb BBQ & dining area, overlooking the pools in which our kids (10 & 7) clocked up plenty of hours! The location is perfect - a very short walk to the superb sandy beach - which has several beach bars (great for sun-downers) as well as an inflatable obstacle course and jet-skis etc. Directly across the road from the apartment there are several really good bars/restaurants. For BBQs its just a 5 min walk round the corner to the supermarket. The main town, Denia is a twenty minute walk or short taxi ride. Try and catch one of the summer processions - great atmosphere! Lots of good restaurants. Also try those over at the Marina - v good too. Finally, the owner, Tristan was great - very accommodating, v helpful and on hand to help (including driving us to resolve a wrong suitcase dilemma after arrival)! Really enjoyable holiday & very Spanish, away from the more obvious British resorts.

séjour magnifique, le propriétaire a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour parfait. L'endroit est très propre, calme. L'ambiance est très bonne pour toute la famille. La résidence est un endroit vraiment agréable pour se reposer, les plages et restaurants ne sont pas loin. Les adolescents sont en sécurité. Sur le toit de l'appartement avec un peu de vent c'était être comme sur un bateau. Nous recommandons cette endroit pour une famille. Denia est une ville charmante. Les photos reflètent vraiment la qualité de l'endroit.

Very smart penthouse apartment with stacks of outside space on two levels with sea and garden views and no immediate neighbours. The interior was spotless, well equipped and furnished to a very high standard, especially the kitchen with its American fridge, brilliant for keeping everything cool. There are two luxury bathrooms and air conditioning is available. Plenty of linen provided, even beach towels. A safe, gated development with huge pools, lovely gardens and a tennis court. We were a family of two adults and four children aged from 10 to 16 and it suited us very well. Probably not ideal for babies or toddlers though. The long sandy beach with beach bars is a stone’s throw away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The historic and cosmopolitan town of Denia just a couple of kilometres away, reached by bus or on foot so a car is not essential. The owner was on hand and very helpful, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out!

The apartment is part of a pristine complex with clean swimming pools. The grounds are spotless. The apartment is modern, very clean with a view of the sea. The outside terraces are the added bonus. Local restaurants are great and friendly. Highly recommended. We had a great time.
