Property is undoubtedly pretty. Pool and extensive gardens. We had a good time there. Walk round the beach? Be careful - there are 2, one of which has nothing around it.

I can't fault my aprt of this villa, this place is immaculate, the villa itself is spotless the bedrooms are great, the bathrooms are modern and very clean, the shower in the open suit is really nice. Outside is even better, the gardens are manicured and so well looked after and then there is the pool, it's fantastic, we could get my 12 year old son out of it. The villa is owned by Heidi and Tony who are fantastic, any information we needed was provided almost immediately, great to meet them a really lovely couple. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

We had the most fantastic holiday at the villa, it is a beautiful villa and garden in a very lush green area. The location of the villa allows a 25 minute relaxed walk to the Arenal beach and is great selection of Bars, Restuarants and shops and also a short 2 minute walk to the local mini supermarket which is excellent with its fresh bakery and fresh meat for bbqs,the villa itself is very stylish in its decor and well stocked with all you should need, the outside fridge helps as it gives plenty of storage for the drinks and ice which you will need whilst enjoying the lovely gardens and pool, the owners Tony and Heidi are very welcoming and friendly and being set on a very quiet lane this villa is perfect for that chill out holiday !

Absolutely Perfect, everything went perfectly well from the first communication with the fantastic Hosts Heidi and Tony. Any enquiries before were dealt with within 24 hrs , directions to villa made the journey very easy and information for the villa and nearby supermarkets , restaurants and attractions. A good size pool, large garden and the villa was very spacious with all the amenities required for a great holiday. Arenal beach is very close and such a great location, great beach with loads of restaurants and bars to enjoy . We are a family of six and had plenty of room and were provided free of charge with a Cot and high chair, nothing was a problem for our hosts and would 100% recommend this villa to anyone.

Tony & Heidi met us at the Villa and gave us a full tour and explanation of how things worked. There were welcome drinks in the fridge and all the household needs of a kitchen were provided - washing up liquid, sponges, surface sprays. This is something I always hate buying on holiday! The kitchen had everything you need and was like home from home. The Villa was spotless and is beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard. The gardens were immaculate and a pleasure to sit in. Tony & Heidi come a couple of times a week to maintain the gardens and clean the pool. The area was great for local supermarkets and an array of restaurants are within a 25 min walk. We also visited a restaurant only 6 mins away called El Rancho which was very reasonably priced with great service. Tony and Heidi have a wealth of knowledge of places to go and provide a booklet containing walks and maps. We had a wonderful holiday and felt very spoilt to stay in such a wonderful place.

We recently returned from our holiday at Casa Lovina and felt compelled to write a review. We were greeted at the villa by the owners Tony and Heidi, a lovely couple with a wealth of knowledge of the Local area, walks, eating out etc. The villa itself was lovely, very clean, good sized rooms, decent fans in the bedrooms and great wi-fi, accessible from the private pool and gardens, the villa is situated down a very quiet cul-de-sac. The pool itself was a good size, again very clean and the gardens were huge with large lawned areas, palm trees and a wonderful array of plants and shrubs. The pool was cleaned by Tony midweek during our stay while Heidi took care of watering the plants. As we don't tend to hire a car during our holidays, being close to amenities is ideal for us and there is a supermarket within a 4 mins walk of the villa and a couple of restaurants 2 mins further down the road. The Arenal area of Javea is a pleasant 20/25 mins flat walk away or just a couple of minutes by car. Having holidayed in the Javea/Moraira area for the last six years, we can safely say that Casa Lovina is the best villa we have stayed in and a credit to Tony and Heidi, who work so hard to make it so. Nos hemos alojado 10 días en junio en casa Lovina y ¡nos ha encantado! Es una casa preciosa, situada en una zona tranquila de Jávea pero muy cerca de todo, a pocos minutos en coche de playas, tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes (hay un super pequeño y un restaurante al lado) y cerca, también, de varias calas preciosas y muy poco concurridas El interior de la casa es acogedor, con estancias amplias, muy bien decorada, perfectamente equipada (incluyendo productos básicos en la cocina), limpia y sobre todo muy, muy cómoda. Además, corría airecito y no pasamos nada de calor. Respecto al exterior ¡es inmejorable! La galería es el lugar ideal para hacer las comidas o tomar algo al abrigo del sol. El jardín es grande, bonito y muy cuidado, perfecto para tomar el sol o hacer la siesta a la sombra en una tumbona y la piscina…. bonita, grande, limpia y con el agua calentita! ¡un lujo poder darte un baño al llegar de la playa o por la noche al volver a casa! La barbacoa tenía muy buena pinta y material para usarla, aunque nosotros no llegamos a utilizarla. Heidi y Tony son unos excelentes anfitriones, nos esperaban al llegar y los vimos un par de veces más cuando vinieron a limpiar la piscina y el jardín y siempre fueron muy amables y discretos, facilitándonos información sobre la zona y recomendándonos sitios que visitar, además de ofrecerse por si necesitábamos algo. Es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable al que esperamos volver el año próximo.

The villa was an ideal place to relax and explore the area around Javea. The facilities were all that you would want and more. The Naya enabled us to eat all our meals outside and was where the late evening was passed with snacks, drinks and conversation. The pool attracted even occasional swimmers like us to swim (almost) every day. The villa was sufficiently spacious to be able to find a quiet spot when it felt that you wanted just to sit and read. The location was in easy reach of the town providing a number of walking routes to the beach and then either towards the town or along the shoreline to a secluded bar. Javea is a good centre to travel around the local towns or inland to the hills and mountains. We were made to feel very welcome by Tony and Heidi who gave us some very useful tips and idea of things to do. A definite success.

Un séjour de rêve au calme dans une villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût, sobriété et efficacité. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des locataires. La villa est située à proximité d'un petit supermarché et à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de sable fin "l'Arenal". La piscine, ensoleillée toute la journée, est assez grande et vraiment agréable pour petits et grands. Le grand "plus" de cette villa réside dans la disponibilité des propriétaires, Heidi & Tony, qui sont deux personnes particulièrement chaleureuses et attentionnées.
