Great location,fantastic pool.
Fantastic location,amazingly kept gardens and pool.apartment was great size,fantastic balcony over looking a beautiful pool.unfortunatly it was advertised as having wi if which is partly why we chose this place as travelling with 2 teenagers who like to stay connected! So when arriving and no welcome pack ,we then found out that there was no internet from other owners around the pool! Very disappointed.the apartment needs clearing out as drawers with clothing in,a wardrobe full of unusable inflatables,suitcases balanced on top of wardrobe,smoke alarms with no batteries in, no bin in toilet, and the smallest bin in the kitchen for the entire apartment.on the whole if things were addressed this could be a great apartment.just needs some time and money spent on it! And definitely needs new mattress in main room and an option of more than 1 flat pillow each!

Wonderful holiday
We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every minute. Location perfect. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in throughout the holiday to make sure we were happy. Would definitely book again. (Next yr!) Apartment was clean and well kept with loads of room and had lovely pool views

Excellent location and accommodation
Lovely apartment in great location. Close enough to town for the bars, restaurants and supermarkets but just enough distance to avoid excessive noise. Two great balcony areas to enjoy the sun all day long. Spacious bedrooms and living area and plenty of room by pool with no need to fight over beds and parasols. Convenient for Dolmus which we took into Fethiye and Oludeniz at just £1 each way. Fantastic holiday from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend B1 Nicholas Gate
I would definitely recommend B1 Nicholas Gate to friends and family and consider booking this property again. We stayed here end of October/beginning of November 2013. Although this was the last week of the season the locals were very friendly and willing to please.
B1 Nicholas Gate is a lovely clean, well equipped apartment overlooking the shared pool. Rajinder, the owner, made the booking process easy and also arranged transfers at silly o'clock in the morning and recommended Hamish McTurk for our excursions which we took full advantage off and went on four of these during our stay, including mud bath, turkish bath, Fetiye market, boat trip and horseriding which were all thoroughly enjoyable and we were picked up and dropped back to the accommodation. We found the excursions to be well worth the money and the apartment price was very reasonable. The main restaurants, bars and shops are only a five minute walk away and we found them to be friendly and the food choices were great and to a high standard. It would have obviously been more lively during peak season but still a great atmosphere. It definitely made our first trip to Hisaronu (and Turkey!) thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.

Sun shining sea and sand
Fantastic Villa. Everything you need to relax and have fun. Fantastic High Street only 5 mins walk. Great Food, Great People whether you looking to relax, Party the night away or shop til you drop. Miss your home comforts there nothing to stop you hustle up a meal @ your apartment, then chill by the clean pool, watch a movie.

Excellent and well situated
Stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment with my sister-in-law and best friend. We all found the facility excellent, clean and well kept. The apartment is situated in lovely gardens with two pools. It is a very quiet area but only a five minute walk from all the wonderful shops, restaurants and bars. We all had a fantastic break and would highly recommend this apartment to any persons holidaying alone or as a family, wishing to try a holiday in Turkey. We will be visiting again soon !

Very good property in excellent location.
We stayed in this property in the first 2 weeks of august,and had no problems at all from arriving and leaving. The apartment its self was a good size with plenty of room for four of us,and also well equipped with tv,dvd,washing machine,toaster,iron and hair dryer.The kitchen area had every thing you needed,but we ate out every day.The apartment was all so clean and freash with the cleaners coming in after 1 week.
The location of the apartment was very good,the complex it was in being small quiet and well kept,with 2 good clean pools.
To get into town took about 5 mins walking where their are shops and restaurant's,the centre of town another 5 min walk. We neaver had a bad meal over the fortnight and the service good as long you ate before 9 o'clock.
There is also a small bar/restaurant which does snacks and sells big waters just outside the gates.
All in all it was a great holiday and we will be going back again.
ps If you need transfers to and from airport the owner sorted them out and they were great even at 2am.

Excellent accommodation in a great location
B1 Nicholas Gate is a lovely high quality apartment set in a beautiful complex of around 28 units it is very clean and tidy has air conditioning in all rooms. It has everything that you need for a great holiday and even includes beach towels which is a massive bonus to enable you to travel light (we got away with 5 kg. hand luggage). The front balcony over looks the larger of the 2 swimming pools. There are loads of sunbeds at both pools. The complex is very well located away from the noise and busy centre of Hisoronu but is only a very pleasant 5 minute walk away.

Fantastic Location
Stayed in this great 2 bed apartment fantastically located in the centre of hisaronu only a short walk away to all the action,but placed in a quite peaceful part of the town.
No taxis hurray!!The service & friendlyness of the locals was heart warming.Great complex, two large pools,two kids paddling pools also great accomodation very clean comfortable will stay again,very impressed thanks guys
