Great location for Rocky Mountain National Park

The property was very clean and great location if you plan on spending your time at RMNP. The hot tub is just a few steps away and was perfect after hiking. There were only 3 minor complaints, 1st it was it’s located on the 2nd floor and with 4 of us traveling for 8 days it took many trips to carry everything up, 2nd parking is limited & 3rd WiFi is not free. Overall I would recommend just be prepared about it being located on the 2nd floor.
