The Space Let me walk you through the villa: BEDROOMS: - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.  - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.  - All the rooms have king-size beds.   - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms.  BATHROOMS:  - There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 shared.  - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 8 people and offers TV. - There is a 6-seater dining table available.  - There is a private swimming pool that can accommodate up to 12 people at any given time.  - The pool is 35.1x15.7 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.  - There are poolside loungers available.  KITCHEN & MEALS:  - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available.  - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges.  - Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food.  - A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability. - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  - The villa is a part of a gated community. - There is a CCTV camera installed outdoors for security purposes.  - This property is not suitable for pets.  - In case of a power outage, power back up is available.  - Parking space is secured for up to 1 car.  - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.  - A barbecue grill can be arranged at an additional cost.  - The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.  - Entering the pool without the swimming costume is prohibited. - WiFi, although available, is subject to network availability at any given time. -  Less-Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. POLICIES - The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals. - Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. - The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to all the bedrooms, living area, lawn, terrace, pool area and the kitchen. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. - We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at an additional charge of Rs.2000 per day, excluding meals and taxes.

One of the best villa in North Goa
We had a great time in this villa my experience was wonderful. This property has a very good view , caretaker was really helpful we were been provided a complimentary breakfast on the day of our checkout Would surely recommend this villa to others.

Thank you for sharing the experience, The property is indeed located in a very Serene location. The property has a very fantastic view. All of our caretakers treat their customers as Gods, and we are happy we have implied this level of hospitality in them. This is a new edition and all of these seven wonder Villas of Vista rooms are here to excite lot many visitors to come.
