Very nice place with all the amenities and great views
We stayed at Pena Mar for a week over Christmas and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is great, there are 3 pools and a great view of the marina and ocean. The marine is the launch site for all the snorkeling trips so we only had to go down the hill to get there, it was very nice. It is windy on this side of the island, where the trades blow but it keep everything nice and cool. We could drive to the best beach around in 10 minutes (Luquillo beach) and eat at the kioskos. Mercedes is great to work with, very trustworthy and helpful. She greeted us at the airport with the keys to the apartment, a map, directions to the condo, and tourist info/brochures to get us started. The condo is clean and comfortable, perfect space for the 5 of us and with a great kitchen with coffee maker, coolers, beach towels, beach chair, everything you need to go to the beach for the day. The place is gated with a security guard and very private. We had easy drives to 2 g reat beaches, the rainforest, snorkeling and the ferry to the 2 islands. We had a great vacation, perfect weather everyday we were there. We would rent from Mercedes again!

Best vacations ever!
I have to said I love my vacation in Fajardo! The best decision I made was to rent this apartment. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, fully equipped and has a very good security. You can also enjoy the beautiful view to Palomino and Vieques Island! Among other attractions: is near The Conquistador Resort,shopping centers,great beaches and many places to enjoy the nightlife. If you plan to have a great vacation with every comfort, maximun enjoyment and the warms waters of the Caribbean Sea this will be your best choice...remember you deserve it!!!

Beautiful apartment with great view
Comfortable apartment with 3 nicely furnished bedrooms; a/c in all of them, fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living room areas, laundry room with washer and dryer. Front balcony with gorgeous view to the ocean, Marina Station 2 and the islands of Vieques and Palomino. Recreational facilities such as gym, 3 pools, green areas and 2 parking spots. Access to the complex is controlled and has excellent 24 hour security.

Great space for a reasonable price
The apartment is spacious, well-furnished and well-kept. It's big enough for multiple couples or a family, I suppose, but it was definitely more than enough space for just the two of us. It's a great value, considering the rates are fairly low. The location is great too -- Fajardo is lovely -- just know that you'll need to drive 15 minutes or so to Luquillo if you really want to hang by a beach; that's not really possible around Fajardo.
Also, Mercedes, who owns the apartment is friendly, professional and responds quickly to emails. She even met us at the airport to greet us and present us with the keys and driving directions to the apartment.

Clean Condo at a Great location with nice views.
Owner was very nice and helpful.The condo had everything i could need for the stay and very spacious.The Direct TV went off but Owner took care of it fast and timely.We had a party of Eight and everyone sleep comfortably.The 3 pools my kids enjoyed.Very easy drive to many places like El Yunque,Ferry docks to Culubra and Vequies,Many PR restaurants.Overall I am
pleased.

Our family vacation
We had the best time ever. The resort had everything we needed. There were 12 of us and we slept comfortably. Mercedes the owner was a great person to deal with. The infinity pool was to die for. It had a balcony that overlooked the marina (beautiful view). The condo is very well kept and clean. It is a gated community and very close to all the beaches and food places. Like I said my family and I had a great time. I rate it a 10+. Thanks Mercedes for the rental and for the feelings of being apart of your family. We had a family vacation to remember.

Great communication with owner and awesome condo with beautiful
Mercedes was very helpful with the booking and process to rent the condo. We stayed for one week with another couple. Plenty of room and updated kitchen. Balcony was great. We sat out there in the morning and evening and watched the boats go by. Location is right next to some great local restaurants and across from a marina where you can take a snorkeling day trip. Less than 10 minutes to the beach. We would highly recommend renting this unit.

Very nice owner
The condo is very nice, the view is to die for the pictures doesn't do it justice. We walked in after a long trip and went directly to the balcony, the view was amazing. It was entertaining to watch the different boats go by. The condo is very nice and easily accommodated six of us, loved the king size bed. We stayed in and cooked several times. Even when we stayed in we weren't bored. The washer and dryer is a plus. The pools are amazing, especially the infinity pool. There is a restaurant right across the street which has live music on the weekend, and food vendors along the street on the weekends. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. There is a million dollar view from the windows of two of the bedrooms also. Mercedes is very nice and truly made us feel like part of the family. We are already planning a second trip and plan to stay in this condo each time we travel to Puerto Rico. Loved our stay here, thank you Mercedes.

Superb apartment; kudos to Mercedes Vega
I was dubious about renting an apartment site unseen, but Mercedes Vega made it all worthwhile for me and my family. Her apartment had every amenity we could have asked for -- it felt like home for our four days in Fajardo. She cheerfully stepped in at several junctures to give us a hand. The apartment security was excellent, too. I highly recommend working with someone like Mercedes. Our time in Fajardo was perfect.

Ideal Location in Puerto Rico
If you are looking to stay in Puerto Rico for more than a few nights, this is the place to stay. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, and it is within driving distance of Puerto Rico's main attractions: El Yunque, Bioluminescent Bay, and the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. It's quiet and peaceful, yet accessible.
