Lovely flat, magnificent sea views.
Four of us stayed here for a week with our dogs. The flat is really lovely - large rooms, comfortable modern furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The only reason why it doesn't score 5/5 is because it doesn't have broadband (although I'm told that is coming soon) and because of the idiosyncratic water supply (water pressure isn't very strong unfortunately). The flat was very clean on arrival though no 'welcome pack', owner replied to emails and texts promptly.
The view is amazing as the property is situated at the top of the 50' cliff and looks down on the sea. This means the light is wonderful and there is always something interesting happening at sea. We hardly put on the TV during our stay as we were mesmerised by the view and also enjoying sitting around the table and chatting.
Broadstairs is very small. We enjoyed some meals out, beach walks and also a day in Ramsgate. The weather changed from dazzling sun to thunder and lightening and then cloud during the course of most days we were there.
Judging from some of the stares we received in shops, pubs and on the beach latent racism and homophobia is sadly quite prevalent although some people were notably charming and helpful.
All in all we had a nice holiday.

Great view, good location, very comfortable.
My mother and I stayed here during the last week of June. It was, perhaps a tad expensve, but we felt that we had value for money. The small balcony was great for sitting out and had wonderful views over the sea. There is a lovely beach immediately across the road and it is a short, very pleasant walk into Broadstairs. The kitchen was well sticked and the wif fi was a great boon. The TV did not work on any ITV channels, but that didin't matter to us too much, but might have done had we had kids with us.

Awe Inspiring Views
A beautifully furnished apartment, that was both comfortable and spacious. The sea views from the window are just breathtaking!

Wonderful location, great views, fabulous balcony, perfect 10/10 apartment
We loved our stay. Broadstairs is one of our favourite places in Kent and we had a great week. Thank you for all the information and allowing pets. We cleaned before we left - easy to do with great floors and kitchen worktops.
We loved the quiet road, easy parking, balcony and views!
We ate at the Charles Dickens pub a few times and it was great food and coffee there.
The tiny cinema is well worth a visit and they had alive organist playing before the shows when we stayed - which was worth the money on its own before the film came on!
We cannot wait to come back and would have just booked another break but you are booked for the week we wanted - what a shame! We will be coming back through again.

Beautiful........
I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 11 and 13. We had a lovely three night stay in Broadstairs...made even more perfect by the fact that we chose this marvellous apartment to stay in. The views are indeed spectacular and we were lucky enough to witness the sun streaming in through the bay window on two of the mornings we stayed there. Very clean, bright and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped, and lovely little touches like the candles in the lounge/dining area and the blankets for keeping off the chill when sitting on the balcony in the evening....which we made full use of! We would definitely stay here again, a perfect apartment in a perfect location, just a few minutes stroll from the main Viking Beach. We also ventured on a long walk in the other direction right up to Botany Bay and beyond, a spectacular coastline well worth exploring.

A PLEASURE TO STAY
it was our second stay in this appartment. and it was for a second time a pleasure. The place is nice because we can have beakfasts and dinners in front of the sea. We are waiting for our next visit....

Stunning apartment and views
We have been to Broadstairs many times, and this must rate as one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. The view from the windows and balcony is breathtaking. The apartment is very bright and a lot larger than we expected! It is a very pleasant short stroll into the town via the cliff top road, then past Dicken's Bleak House and into the lovely town of Broadstairs. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Excellent views!
This property is in a wonderful position overlooking Stone Bay. The pictures do not do it justice! it is so airy and spacious. It was absolutely spotless could not fault it. We walked most days to Ramsgate if the tide was in we would walk through the park. Walked along the seafront at Margate. But it was just lovely to sit at the table with a cup of coffee and look out to sea!

Even more lovely the second time!
This was our second stay here! We couldn't wait to come back. It is truly lovely- the views are stunning, the flat clean and nicely decorated, toddler friendly. Perfect for us- thanks again.

Could not be more perfect
Arriving over an hour early on a bleak Saturday for a short break with the rain lashing at our wet weather gear we went to find how far the property was from the train station. To our delight, the owner John was there with the lovely cleaner and he immediately invited us in out of the rain despite the fact we were early.
The property is absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness is out of this world. The whole apartment is beautiful with little touches such as tea light lanterns, toys for children, fleece blankets for sitting outside on the balcony, ducks in the bath room, extras in the kitchen such as washing up products, foil, cling film, rubbish bags, matches, high end utensils, dvds and many other extras. The view of Stone Bay is faultless and we spent many a happy hour sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by.
The apartment is warm and tastfully decorated - in fact we want to live there!! Cant recommend this place enough.
